Just got door dash and literally the majority of the ingredients were missing from my $16 chicken pesto bowl. No quinoa, no pesto, no dressing and barely any other ingredients. Super disappointed.
Update: The below response further exemplifies the laziness and lack of customer service...

A coworker and I ordered sweetgreen online for delivery and the order was horribly prepared. I ordered a shroomami bowl and made a few modifications to it, but they made lots of mistakes with my order (like wrong dressing). The portion size was way too small and not worth the $25 I had to pay. Also, there were items missing from the order (chips, almonds, bread etc). I love this place, but the quality of their delivery system is unacceptable.

Delicious, refreshing, and kind. I got the autumn harvest bowl and the chicken avocado ranch bowl for my husband on a whim because the chick fil a next door was closed on a Sunday and am so glad I did!

The ambiance is an airy chipotle vibe, having modest seating, an open view to where they prep the food and serve it. They have both refreshing and savory salads/bowls and you can make your own.

The staff who helped me were very patient and considerate, being sure to let me know what they were out of before starting, asking if I was okay with the almonds in case I had an allergy, giving me options on amount of dressing, and even offering to mix the salad for me. Overall, I wish I had signed up for the rewards sooner and I hope to see more of these pop up!

Disappointing for sure. Service was sub par and he acted annoyed I was there. Food? They were out of many options and when I asked to upgrade to an item I was looked at like I was crazy. Not cool.

We had a catering order to provide lunch for a workshop we were delivering to 20 people. Luch was scheduled for 12:00. Sweet green texted around 10: 35 that they couldn't fulfill the order. No reason was given. We tried to call numerous times and no person ever answered. This situation created and urgent issue for us where we had to scramble to find a suitable option (for 20 people!). Beware if you are looking for a reliable catering source.

The food here is incredible. Healthy, delicious, and some of the best quality you can find for a quick bite.

The problem is my online orders are frequently missing a key ingredient. The restaurant forgets to include dressing, or chicken, or some key ingredient that ruins the salad.

Understandable if it happened once or twice. But it's happened now 10 times out of the ~50 orders I've made here (I eat here a lot).

The problem seems to be getting worse.

I’m not one to write reviews but I felt it was necessary, this worker was so nice to me and personable and I hope her kindness pays off. She welcomed me when I walked in, listened and helped me fix a mistake with my food, (I said yes to regular when I didnt want onions) I’ve never been here and I didnt know how it worked and even when I messed up she helped me fix it. If I lived here I would come back xx
Oh and the miso salmon was delicious!!!!
