Disappointing for sure. Service was sub par and he acted annoyed I was there. Food? They were out of many options and when I asked to upgrade to an item I was looked at like I was crazy. Not cool.
The food here is incredible. Healthy, delicious, and some of the best quality you can find for a quick bite.
The problem is my online orders are frequently missing a key ingredient. The restaurant forgets to include dressing, or chicken, or some key ingredient that ruins the salad.
Understandable if it happened once or twice. But it's happened now 10 times out of the ~50 orders I've made here (I eat here a lot).
