* newest update to this review I will not be changing my original review but I would like to add did the regional manager for this store reached out to me to make things right offered me free food which I greatly appreciated and said that he was going to handle the situation because orders are to be taken while the store is open regardless of whether the truck is there or not. Thank you so much to the reasonable manager Desmond for reaching out to me knowing that management in the store is ready and willing to make things right is awesome and I will now return to this location. pulled up an hour before they closed and they would not make my food that was already paid for through the mobile app because they do not take orders while their truck is here unloading if you're open you should take orders or not accept people's money *update to add insult to injury they did not offer me any compensation for the inconvenience so I asked for taco cards which the manager gave to me but today which is a few days later I tried to use them at a different location and they pointed out to me that all the Taco cards I was given were expired as of December 2023

If you’re interested in visiting a historical landmark called “the world’s most infuriating fast food joint” then this would be the place to stop!This is the second time I’ve placed a mobile order and waited 20 or more minutes on a less-than-busy day to end up with no food in my hands because of the complete and total lack of organization happening behind the counter. It’s ridiculous and the people working here would rather sit there and stare at you than actually make food.

If you're looking to grab a bite to eat and have your order completely screwed up, then definitely choose this Taco Bell. Not one single time have I been there and they've gotten the order correct. The staff seems completely incompetent and always seem to be inconvenienced by your presence.
We got drive through on 12/22/23 and within a few hours of eating it my husband was throwing up. Said it tasted funny going down and I’m 100% positive it’s food poisoning from his meal! Very sad. Employees seemed done and now I’m questioning the 96% positive health rating they have on their wall.

I placed my order in my mobile app while in the restaurant. It was a Wednesday a little after 4 PM (not a busy time at all)It took 24 minutes from the time they charged my CC until the order was done. I had checked on it twice. For a Fast Food Restaurant it wasn’t FAST at all!

Pulled up to the drive thru at 845 and was asked to hold on. Sat there for 10 minutes, no one came. Said "hello" multiple times, no response. Pulled up to the window, two teenagers were just laughing and talking to each other. Clearly just biding time until they can close for the night not wanting to take any more orders. Unreal.

Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes no one in front of us and every time we said hello the girl would say “just one more minute”. Finally gave up and drove by and three teens were just standing in the window doing nothing. This has happened numerous times
