Employees are so rude. Forget about ordering at the drive through. If you aren't using your app then the employees are very rude, short, cut you off, it's crazy. They don't ever make the order correctly. Food is cold and hardly edible. Like how its literally warming up a tortilla! Worst location EVER!!! NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN!!! Corporate really needs to do a secret pop up visit.

10:10pm March 17th. I go through drive-thru trying to place an order for chicken nuggets. The lady says limited time offer, so I try to place an order for the lux box. And she just repeats herself says limited time offer over and over. I don't know what limited time offer means and she keeps over talking over me. She was very rude. I get a feeling that they're just too lazy to actually make the food. I drove off just because of how rude this woman was I don't want her ANYWHERE near my food. The store owner needs to know about her. Refusing to make me food, talking over me and just to arrogance. And I started off really polite.

Went to this location for the first time and placed a mobile order. The employee working was wonderful. We didn’t catch his name, sadly, but he was working ~4pm on 3/8. He was very efficient and thorough. We also realized after leaving we forgot to ask for sauce, but when we opened our boxes when we got home, there were sauces of each variety packaged nicely in a little bag. Great service and super thoughtful!

i am breastfeeding my child who has CMPA (severe dairy allergy) i go to taco bell cause a lot of there stuff is actually vegan if customized properly i asked for a soft taco with NO cheese and even put it in the custom instructions that it was a dairy allergy when my husband brought them home they had MOSTLY cheese. disappointing we will not be returning to this location.

This location is brand new and very close to my house. I love (good) Taco Bell so I was very excited when this one opened. Folks, temper your expectations, this location is ROUGH. The drinks are always messed up, and the employees either can’t tell the difference when soda in a clear cup is totally the wrong color or don’t care. Any modifications have maybe a 50/50 chance to be honored. And it’s so godawfully slow! For a fast food chain that serves tacos there’s no need for it to take 15 minutes to prepare. Sometimes the food is good, and Taco Bell is so good when it’s good, but it feels like sometimes they just get it right by accident and then next visit will be messed up again. I’m out of second and fifth and tenth chances, this location is off my list.
