I’ve been given this one some time since they’re new to open, but time and time again they disappoint. Either they forget to give you sauce, they provide cold, poorly wrapped food, or most recently they only give you one sauce packet for your entire order. It’s like They’ve never eaten Taco Bell before. If you can make the drive head to the Taco Bell on six Forks, or better yet the intersection of 54 and 55. Either of those are much better than this one.

Ordered food and chips on the side. Rest of the food was fine but the chips tasted like chemicals. This means they are not changing the oil in the fryer and are leaving the chips warming too long. Literally tastes like poison, needless to say I threw them out. Typically the food is fine here but management needs to see this and fix the problem.

I went into the restaurant and was taken aback that I had to use a kiosk to input my order, that there were absolutely no menus displayed. How is a person not familiar with the chain supposed to decide what they want or even how to order the food? My big gripe is that the kiosk asked how many of what types of sauces I desired so this automatically sets the expectation they will be put in with the order, well, surprise, I get home, no sauces and I'm not going back to get them and I'm not going back to this restaurant chain. Why ask if you're not going to put them in? Order 328 if you want to check it out.
