The staff was amazing and joyful. I appreciated the small talk and the welcoming greeting they showed me. Small gestures like this I use to take for granted but I do hope everything good goes their way.

So I went last night to get my food. Went through the drive thru. Everything was cool when ordering but there was only maybe 2/3 cars ahead of me and I get up the window and the lady is like panicking? She hands me a frozen Baja blast. I tried to explain that I had ordered the drink, not the freeze. She shoves the freeze at me and says “it’s too late I don’t know what you want me to do” AS MY LARGE BAJA IS ON THE DRINK MACHINE BEHIND HER. I tried calmly explaining again and she again seems very irritated and panicked and says “well it’s already done so IM SO SORRY ITS NOT WHAT YOU WANT” ???? She then hands me a box which is clearly not my food and come to realize, she charges me for a whole other order. Her attitude sucked, poor customer service, and acted like a brat. Thank God for the manager. He came over and fixed the issue but seriously, as a former Taco Bell employee myself, she should be fired. Sounds like from the reviews, I’m not the first bad encounter with her.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. I went to this Taco Bell this afternoon and the employees acted like they didn’t even wanna wait on anyone or take anyone’s order so we had to use the kiosks. When I got my order it was entirely wrong. And I noticed they were getting everyone’s orders wrong. So I came up to the counter to tell them that my order was wrong. Very politely. And yet the manager who was making the food decided to LITERALLY CURSE ME OUT. He was legitimately yelling at me because HE got my food wrong. So I told him nevermind just want my money back. I had to go back and fourth with him before he decided to give me a refund. And even then he only really refunded me for half the order. So I didn’t get my food OR my money back. NEVER COME HERE EVER.

the tables are never clean!! and the workers could not get my order right!! i went with my dad after school and it was just me and him in there then 5 people came and they got their order first when we ordered first and the service and horrible!!! i had tell the worker serval times what my order is this is beyond disappointing.!
Quick service with the food but that's about the only good thing I have to say . I was met with poor customer service in every other aspect. Took 5 min to get the code to the bathroom and it had no toilet paper or paper towels . Upon asking for some I was told idk what to do and I just had to use napkins from the front

So rude, Like every single time. I get having a bad day and working with the public, but every time? Blatantly ignore you as you're standing in the lobby waiting, I'm talking like they help other people not even greeting you. Not acknowledge you yet i say excuse me and be kind as possible.. By far the worst customer service ive experienced at any kind of establishment. If you hate your job that much, go spread your shade somewhere else not in public service, your attitudes need work. Vibrate higher than whatever doom has got you down🤙🏻
