The drive thru was closed because the systems were down (that was fine I went inside like the girl in the drive thru window said). They forgot one of my items, and didn’t put my $7 box in a box they just threw everything in a bag, and that’s not even the reason for the review. I went back up and got it and I would have been happy if the food was good at least. All my food was cold, even the meat inside my chalupa was cold. The tortilla for my soft taco was hard and stale and so was the chalupa. I’ve had messed up orders but never had a bad experience at Taco Bell when it comes to the taste or freshness of the food. Unfortunately, though this is the closest location to me, I will not be returning to this Taco Bell. The one in Knightdale and the one down the street on Capital, busy or slow have never given me food so mediocre.

Ordered delivery from this place and they forgot half the order and gave me a mystery burrito (I only ordered tacos). The app refunds me so I reorder and get an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ORDER AGAIN. How is it this hard to just get the food I asked for?
