The place REEKS of urine. All you can smell when dining in is the smell of ammonia in the air. The food is skimpy for the prices, I pay good money for those "special" items and they come out so far from "special". And on top of that, the female manager there has an attitude problem. Instead of taking my complaint, she argued and did not choose to rectify the issue at hand which was my item being small enough to fill the belly of a child. I got my money back and decided I'm not going there to eat again. I don't understand how these types of people get leadership positions. As soon as I walked in, I could overhear profanity from the back near the office and childish arguing. It's a pity.

Hire more people or just close this location down I walked into an empty restaurant and stood at the front counter for almost 2 minutes, and I wasn’t even spoken to. I ended up just walking out.
Came through in the drive thru with my friend because he wanted Taco Bell after he picked me up from work. Not too earlier my partner came through and unfortunately they forgot a couple items in the new box combo. The girl working was so sweet and immediately offered to help and admitted there was an issue that they forgot about. She made them immediately and also included cinnamon twists. I only want to put this review out there because that girl at the window deserves to be recognized!
No complaints really, it is a fast food restaurant it's not gonna have the same feel as a dine in restaurant. But to be fair, they don't advertise it that way. I also know a lot of people who love the food so just my opinion

Well, this was an unexpected visit to a taco bell. I should start reading the reviews for different locations before going to them. I went here for my biweekly treat to myself, why I chose Taco Bell I do not know, but 2 tacos supreme and a steak quesadilla was what came to mind. My first strange occurrence was when I was placing the order. I don't know if the workers are getting commission now for pushing drinks, but between 2 workers I got asked 3 times if I wanted a drink, and 2 if I was sure I didn't want the drink. Thought that was weird.
Now onto the pickup of the order. It was done quickly and the staff was friendly at the window. When I pulled off I noticed my sauces were not in the bag, not the end of the world. As I started to eat my food was when I got my surprise. First bite into the taco and I'm noticing I had a funny feeling when I swallowed the food, something tickled my throat a bit. Well, that something pulled slightly when I moved the taco away from my face a little. And to my surprise I got a long strand of dark brown hair.
So I said no tacos, let me eat the quesadilla instead to try to salvage this trip some. Surprise, surprise. The hair was in that also, this time I actually opened the quesadilla to check it out. Honestly it looked like someone had cleared a hair brush and just chucked it in there. I understand a strand... But this was out of line and looked intentional.
Thank you for helping me in my journey to cut out fast food. I will no longer be going to this or any other taco bell location.

They don’t always stay open til “closing time”. My food sometimes messed up. This most recent visit, my Crunchwrap shad topping separated throughout the item. Had to bite both sides to get all toppings.
