I purchased my new favorite chicken, avocado, ranch taco more than once. I bought some the other day at this location Which was our favorite and the chicken was hard as rocks and I did not wanna take it back so I just went without. I go to take it back today no receipt because I don’t usually keep my food receipts and they literally refused to refund remake or replace my order! The chicken was so hard. I hurt my tooth and the girl also raised her voice at me! well I have to pick out a new Taco Bell now because I will not go back to that one.

Worst experience I have had here in years. Did the mobile app and when I walked in the music was so loud it was like being in a cloud on a Friday night.everyone appeared to walk out of the office when the door slammed and only then did they start on my order. There was no greeting at all no good morning no thank you except from me. The burrito was pretty bad. Very little cheese the meat was dry as if it had been there overnight or had not been stirred. Use to go there 7 days a week but now only 3 and not sure if I will go back at all. Tried to call the local office and that is a joke.

I ordered Taco Bell thru the app 2 weeks ago and my order was canceled due to issues w delivery. I tried again and went thru DoorDash instead and have now been waiting for 40 mins for my order to even start being prepared 5 canceled doordashers later I was messaged and told the employee let them know they focus more on drive thru after a certain time n for them to wait … 40 mins later and you genuinely haven’t found the time to get that order yet to the point that 4 other ppl have came and still been told the order is preparing . I suggest not ordering online or thru delivery after 8 because this location isn’t equipped to handle drive thru and online orders but they are equipped to collect your money and leave you waiting

Worst experience ever. I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito add beans, through Uber eats, and it had only had beans on it when I got it. It didn't even have cheese on the outside of it. There was no steak, no cheese, and no sauce on the inside. The taco was cold and chewy. The best thing about the meal was the baja blast everything else was trash. I had no idea this was the one I ordered from. I thought this was the one by Brentwood. Now I gotta go to sleep hungry. I cannot believe i just paid double to be so disappointed. I tried to call but got no answer. Smh do better.

Terrible! Extremely rude and slow. This was NOT a case of understaffed and busy!! It should be embarrassing for these employees. They are in their 30’s but still act like they are in high school. There is absolutely no reason to be rude to customers for no reason. There were an adequate enough amount of employees, one car in drive through, and one family in dining room with their food already. Ridiculous. Walked out. All the Taco Bell’s in the area suck!!! People want to get paid $20 for crappier service than they gave at $10.
There was 2 people before me and it took over 15 minutes for us to get our order. It took a long while for the others to get their order as well. I think they were severely understaffed. The staff was working but there was only 2 people. One preparing the orders the other one taking orders at the drive through and counter. I kind of felt sorry for them.
