Why did they remove the veggie cravings box at this location??? You can now get the luxe cravings box for 50 cents more which would be fine except bc that one doesn’t say “veggie” I regularly have issues with them giving me meat when I do the manual swap. Extremely frustrating as a vegetarian. Also raised the price of upgrading to a freeze to dig in the knife a lil deeper.

Vegetarian options: Clearly labeled, but if you swap out meat, they often forget.

I exclusively go to this Taco Bell, because it is on point at the moment.
This specific time I am referring to was mid-Tues afternoon.

Firstly—the burritos I order I have to modify a bit because they no longer have it on the menu. They made them spot on exactly how I always wanted it—and how I would have made it when I was an employee. It seems odd, but I’m really grateful they did that because I haven’t had it that well done since I was making them, so thank you.

I was however missing my chicken nuggets, which was so not a big deal after having a glorious burrito and knowing I would be back on Glenwood in a little while. I called the location and told them I was missing the chicken nuggets and they told me to come by and get them if I could and it was no problem so that’s what I did. They gave me some coupons for free tacos, gave me extra nuggets and a few different sauces to dip. Thank you so much!! Really great customer service reclamation. So I will keep coming to this location.

Worst taco bell I EVER Been to. No napkins, food all over in the bag. They don't smile. I won't go back

I regret it every-time I come to this location. The lobby is always just randomly closed. My most recent time I placed a mobile order in advance and it took me 17 minutes to get my food. This is the second time they have accidentally given my order to someone else in the drive-thru exactly why I like going inside. On top of that they balled up my quesadilla in the bag. Do better, sucks this is the only Taco Bell this side of town. Also teach your employees how to say you’re welcome.
