I was a manager at taco bell , the food i was served from uber eats was a disgrace. I didn’t even receive my salsa verde sauce my taco was soft and falling apart.. is this how you train your employees? smh i want a refund
This is a good Taco Bell. They always get order correct and the girl that works the window is so sweet. Thank you Taco Bell six forks

Simply leaving this review in hopes the owner will see this. I came through the drive through late about 30 minutes before closing time. It was fairly busy with a couple cars in front and behind me. At first, things seemed to be running much slower than normal and I was getting a little impatient. When I was up to place my order Tyree had incredible customer service and immediately my mood changed. He apologized for the wait and informed me that they were trying out new store hours and were actually open a full hour past when they normally close. I think I only saw another 2 employees back there so pretty sure they were under staffed and I noticed some of their computer systems seemed to be shut down saying "Sorry we're closed" making their jobs even harder than normal. Tyree even offered a discount to make up for the wait which I declined as his positive attitude and amazing customer service completely made up for it. Not sure if Tyree is a manager or just an employee, but either way he deserves a raise.

I came in and order 1 meal combo and 2 extra tacos. 20 mins later, no order ready. There are a few cars in drive thru but its still soooooo slow.
I guess this is the last time I come i to order.
Pretty bad. So, they say drivethru is priority. So, use that. Dont do kiosk. You will benlast after last drive thru car.
Incompetent workers. Inefficient allover.

Food: Taco Bell has always been sub-par, so don’t take that personally. It’s just not at the top of my list. Food was correct, exactly as i ordered, yum.
Service: Food was fast, but it also wasn’t busy. Called my name, got my cup. I don’t like talking to people so I love that there’s barely any human interaction. (This is not sarcasm, I really don’t like talking to people) and below is and example of why:
Atmosphere: I don’t drive, I uber/lyft. A friend of mine works here, so I went with them bc I ordered something from Target, so I was waiting for the email to pick it up. (Yk they take awhile sometimes)
Friend comes up to me n says the manager on shift wants me to leave bc of “loss prevention,” I stole nothing. In fact, I was a paying customer; 20$ worth of food. I didn’t finish all of it, so I had it on the table in front of me while I waited for the Target email.
Manager finally gathers the courage to talk to me himself. According to him, people can’t buy food and mind their business in the lobby without getting bothered. Threatened to call the cops.
I asked him “what did I steal?” (Since my friend brought up loss prevention). Somehow, he didn’t know what I was talking about… oh okay. So what am I doing that’s disturbing the flow of business??? Nothing, just sitting in a near-empty lobby… oh okay. So then what is it???
All he does is cowardly dodge the questions and say I have 5 minutes to leave or the cops will be called. Heard him calling them after only two minutes. I jus threw out the rest of my food and left.
If he asked, I could have pulled up proof that im waiting for an email. I had the order confirmation, I was simply waiting for it to be ready.
During black history month??? a shame (this part is a joke to make light of the situation)

Although customer service was great, my steak crunchwrap was lukewarm and my cinnabon coffee needed a little doctoring. The location was convenient with the direction of my drive but not being from the area, I had a hard time trying to figure out the entrance point. They had an "A" sanitation score, but if I am really hungry then next time, I wouldn't think twice about this location

Tonight I pulled up to 3 gentlemen standing outside on a smoke break, and I asked them if they were open to make sure, to which they all collectively replied "yes ma'am" and so I pulled around to the drive thru. They did not wait around and quickly got inside to take my order with no attitude. The entire time they were extremely polite and made sure I didn't need anything else/extra and the food was great, I have no complaints about it. It's baffling to see these reviews, when this is the first time I've ever gone to this location and I received outstanding service to the point I left a tip for them. I definitely will return, hopefully another night while those 3 gentlemen are there.

They ruin our order every single time. Not to mention how rude the staff is slamming the window in our face and not even offering sauce or napkins. We got home and our order wasn’t correct but didn’t feel like driving all the way back for the missing items we PAID for. I guess I wouldn’t give af if I was a Taco Bell employee either. Trash ass service as usual. Zero stars.

Poor customer service
The worst Taco Bell in Raleigh. Staff are extremely rude. The door is always locked so forget being able to go in. Just shut it down because clearly the owner could care less about it.
