I ordered a Mexican pizza it was the worst it tasted burnt. The food service at local Taco Bell’s have been the worst over the years. Need to improve the food quality at locations in the triangle. Food quality will not be guaranteed.

Unbelievably slow drive through.

This Taco Bell is consistently not open at 9:00 am even though it’s listed on the door they open at 9. I’ve tried to go at 9-9:30 several times and the doors are always locked. I’m writing this at 9:40 and the doors are currently locked.

the location is consistently a bit slow, but taking 15 minutes for a very simple order of 4 items is bad even with that knowledge
they also incorrectly prepared the order, was not supposed to be any lettuce and one had potato instead of beef

Worst customer service experience they don't let you add items to the order in the Drive-Thru. The guy at the window tells me to go all the way around and re-enter the drive-thru to add items. Plus their drive through is so narrow that you cannot enter it without backing out. The store manager really needs to do something about this

I was a manager at taco bell , the food i was served from uber eats was a disgrace. I didn’t even receive my salsa verde sauce my taco was soft and falling apart.. is this how you train your employees? smh i want a refund

Simply leaving this review in hopes the owner will see this. I came through the drive through late about 30 minutes before closing time. It was fairly busy with a couple cars in front and behind me. At first, things seemed to be running much slower than normal and I was getting a little impatient. When I was up to place my order Tyree had incredible customer service and immediately my mood changed. He apologized for the wait and informed me that they were trying out new store hours and were actually open a full hour past when they normally close. I think I only saw another 2 employees back there so pretty sure they were under staffed and I noticed some of their computer systems seemed to be shut down saying "Sorry we're closed" making their jobs even harder than normal. Tyree even offered a discount to make up for the wait which I declined as his positive attitude and amazing customer service completely made up for it. Not sure if Tyree is a manager or just an employee, but either way he deserves a raise.
