Alexis, at the 6 forks tacobell location helped take our order and serve us this evening. Not only did she make sure that our order was correct, fixing any mistakes via drive through order, but served us 12 items, in just under 5 minutes. Our experience with Alexis was nothing short of pleasant and smooth. We appreciated the speed in which our food was prepared and the dedication to assuring our order was correct. Highly recommend stopping by and giving her a tip!

Tortillas are stale and chewy. I got a quesadilla 2 days ago that was crumpled up in the end of the bag and not cut at all. No napkins, very hard to eat. The staff are nice thoughThe crunch wrap in the photo was not bitten into, it came that way

Really nice folks working tonight and the food was quick and the order was all there. 5/5. New menu items coming soon they said.

Used to be the best, most consistent Taco Bell in the Triangle. Now, not so much. They'll skip big ticket items. Be sure to check your bag in the drive thru.

Just wondering if everyone at this location is high? I told this woman my order 3 times. Got to the window and they are out of mountain dew, giving me someone else's order and massively confused about how to take an order. How are you a taco bell out of mountain dew???

I don’t post reviews often, but I have to today.I went into the Taco Bell on Six Forks Road (near Strickland Rd.) today and had a very disturbing experience.I ordered at the kiosk (which I don’t mind doing) as they don’t seem to have anyone taking orders. They called my name, and I picked up the bag. They forgot the drink. The person that placed the bag on the counter was waking away and I had to get his attention with an “Excuse me”. When he turned around I said “where’s the drink?”. He looked at me like he couldn’t hear me. So, I said it louder and motioned with my hand like I was taking a drink. This short, thin girl/lady came between us and said “If you don’t calm down I’m calling the cops”. I’m 67 years old and my hearing might be going down, BUT the music playing was far too loud. I had to overcome the volume of the background noise and the distance between us.They handed me a small cup and I ordered a large. I had to tell them about the size, and she again said if I don’t calm down, they are calling the cops. I took the bag, got my drink and left. I don’t expect to go back.It appears that these people working in the kitchen have no customer service skills. I hope the owner sees this posting.

Brother, if you're expecting to get a correct order the first time - don't.If you go back through the empty drive thru, request your order to be fixed, and they tell you to go inside knowing that there's no way out of the line - don't.Absolutely ridiculous to spend a full hour lunch break waiting on some unhappy workers to fix a 7$ order. Pay your workers more, maybe there will be less than a 45 min wait to fix such a minor issue.

I used the drive through and had good service and food. Since I worked for a Taco Bell in northern California a few years ago, when my other job was slow, I have certain items I really like. My favorite is the crunch wrap, and I have them toast it a little longer so all of the contents are hot. It’s nice and filling, healthy, and no dripping, while driving.Vegetarian options: You can order a side of ingredients instead. Some popular ones are rice , and a side of pinto’s, or black beans.

I don't know I love this place occasionally there's a mistake but everybody always helps out and is really sweet about it. This is probably the best location in town. And the food is always good!

I think this location should change their hours, as they are consistently not open at 9 AM as they advertise.

This is the second time I’ve pulled up and they were not closed yet, but no one spoke at the drive-through last time I was told they were only doing GrubHub orders , is it normal to always close early? I had to sit for awhile in the drive thru . That’s very disrespectful and
