Look, I'm not expecting much from a taco bell. But this one is a consistently horrible experience. Long drive through waits, screwed up orders, awful service.I ordered through the app, the dude asked me what I had ordered, I told him, and then I got a random pile of totally different food including KFC fried chicken? Easily the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to.

The most disgusting taco bell I have EVER been too. This was a waste of money. Roaches everywhere. Floor had a puddle of water at the register and bathroom was disgusting. Customer service was non existent.

We went thru the drive thru and I knew we were going to have a long wait. Every time I've been here,its a long wait in the drive thru. But,knowing the wait we ordered. We spent 25$. But it was a simple order,4 soft taco, 4 of the 5 layer burrito, 6 cheesy bean n rice burrito. Simple order,right?? Well, not for this group of individuals. They asked us if we can pull up and park, they will bring it out to us. So after about 10 minutes of sitting in the Hot sun,with no shade to park under. And,my son has no ac. Anyway, I walk in, my order hasn't been started. There was two customers that were before me. Finally I get back to our vehicle and its been 47 minutes from the time we ordered. Time stamped on receipt. We get home and they messed the count up on the burritos and the lettuce was old and soggy on the soft tacos. I am very, very disappointed and will spend my money somewhere else. Sorry Poole rd Taco Bell, but you suck!!!!!

all the people Taco Bell or kfc hire that get fired because they aren't even alive and are just 150lb sacks of dirty diapers get moved to a combination kfc Taco Bell. Missing items, food cold, no sauces, no ice in drink

Service is always very slow as if they are making your food fresh... it didn't taste fresh and it wasn't hot! Supposedly they were out of nachos and replaced it with cinnamon twists.

This was a Taco Bell/KFC combo restaurant. I'm always happy with Taco Bell's food, but I also ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and was told they didn't have any sandwiches. I know this happens but was very disappointed and didn't care for the guy who took my order's lack of concern. It was like "we don't have it so get over it" type attitude. I had to go back to my car to grab my wallet after I placed my order, and an employee taking a smoke break told me the dining room was closed and I'd have to go through the drive through (again, I've already placed my order inside)! When I told him I'd already ordered inside, he says "oh yea, I forget we just opened it. Mind you, this is about 4:30pm. The rest of the staff was very friendly but the lack of knowledge of what's going on at your place of employment or concern for customer service was just downright confusing for me! I left wondering what the heck just happened. Again, food was good but there needs to be some communication within the staff so everyone is on the same page! I usually don't leave such long reviews, but my whole experience here was just bizarre.

Once again.. I ordered 4 crunch wraps and PAID for extra beef knowing they wouldn’t put beef without paying extra and low and behold there is still no meat! Instead of putting beef in the burrito they put extra beans. I spent about $30 for this disgusting mess.

Customer service guy was nice, no complaints there, but the line was insanely long and had asked for mild sauce and when I later opened my bag, there was none. Not worth the experience, the review is based on the demeanor of the customer service rep who was in the drive thru. Based on the other reviews, it seems like the drive thru is a common issue. Management/corporate, please take care of this issue. Or shut down the drive thru when you have a lack of staff.

Did the huge line for them to tell me they don’t have Taco bell. They could have at least put a sign or something so people don’t have to waste their time waiting in line. Drive thru always takes so long and if you decide you don’t want to wait anymore there’s no a way to get out. I’m really disappointed.

Y’all need to shut this place down ASAP! I’m literally sitting in drive thru waiting for my food & ive been in the line for 30mins! I called the store personally and asked why was i still sitting in the drive thru and the manager says there’s only him and another person working. If you know your short handed like that then you need to keep the store CLOSED! Somebody please get this place shut down! My mom doesn’t even like the fact that i be eating here because of them not being 100% clean

I love taco bell, particularly taco bell breakfast pre-covid. This taco bell location is near home and directly on my daily commute. Despite that I've visited this location 3 times in the past 2 years. If I want taco bell I will make the extra drive to any other location.The service here is horribly slow, there is usually a menu item out of stock, the drive thru attendant will tell me that the menu is wrong or that certain items just don't exist, and there is a high probability your order will be wrong. The very first time I visited I waited 40 minutes for my order, during which I realized the couple next to me had waited 30 minutes for their order of THREE TACOS. It was that visit where the front cashier tried to justify the wait by saying KFC orders are easy and fast to assemble, but taco bell items take longer...that was 3 years ago. I visit once every long while to see if the quality has changed and I am disappointed every time.
