this has to be one of the worst taco bell locations i’ve ever been to, pre-renovation and post-renovation.
the staff here are incredibly rude, to the point where it’s laughable. the audacity of their behavior has me questioning if it’s all a prank, but no they really behave this way…. i get some people don’t love their job or get paid much, but it’s beyond a lack of customer service and almost like pulling up mid-fight with an ex, like i ordered a taco, didn’t know i was your arch nemesis babes. jezz.
beyond that, the food is always subpar, cold when it shouldn’t be, always the wrong order (you think their mic system would be better!?) looks nothing like the photos and the inside is pretty dirty too (even after the renovation) (sticky table tops, trash bins always filled, floor is dirty, chairs all over the place, no one is at the front to assist anyone ever… truly not sure how this is in business….

I visited this location today. It was my first visit to any Taco Bell since before the pandemic! So, I completely failed on the app and placed my order at an entirely other location. The folks inside were super kind and tried to help. Long story short the manager came over and after a brief chat solved my mistake. I was happy with my food and service going the extra mile. I wish I’d of gotten the manager’s name. It’s her store. Thanks!

Drive thru girl stole my debit card and then tried to gaslight me by saying she gave it to me with my receipt. I searched my entire purse and car. The card was not in there. I went back inside and spoke with the manager, and the girl looked again, and magically found my card. I am pretty sure she stole it. I would be weary of eating here since the workers are thieves.

Place looks clean. They have a single high chair. Luck to snag. Feels like they don’t actually want you to eat here with the open layout. Food was . . . Interesting. My crunch wrap was only half filled as seen in pictures. I never knew how weird it is to chew only a hard taco shell under a soft taco shell with nothing else. I went up to ask the people at the counter why it was half filled. They replied” did you order it without meat?” This was a standard crunch wrap. They had me wait but no resolution as I have children to attend to.
