I've delivered food from this location several times as an Uber Eats delivery driver, and each time the experience has been unpleasant, to say the very least. The staff is consistently rude, aggressive, and confrontational. The customer's orders are rarely filled correctly. On 3 occasions, the staff forgot the customer's drink, and 2 out of those 3 times, when I asked for the drink, the staff blatantly ignored me at the drive-thru window and would not give me the drink!

went here for 3 things through the drive thru. the person at the window was not friendly but that’s the least of my concerns. i ordered a drink and they forgot it. that’s also fine. i parked and went in, got a cup, and here’s where my issue went - i ended up leaving the cup entirely because black mold caked on the fountain dispenser flaked into the cup.. for 3 different types of drinks i attempted to pour.. that’s a health violation

It's Taco Bell. You should already know what to expect. That said, this isn't a bad location. Conveniently located, easy to access. Plenty of parking. Drive-thru if you're not eating in.
I walked in to order takeout. I haven't been to one in a while; now you order from a kiosk, not directly from an employee. (That's why I deducted stars for service). It feels impersonal.
I got 3 crunchy tacos to take home. I first one tasted a little funny, then I realized the shells were extremely stale. Ended up just eating the filling on the other 2 (which was fine). On a good note, the service was great, just really bad shells.

I love this place because it's usually always empty on the inside, so it's quiet and the workers are super sweet and caring. They won't mess with you unless you mess with them! I always come here after work as it's a good walk distance and the best spot to rest, I usually order here aswell and have had no issues at all with the numerous times I've been here. I usually get the $7 luxe cravings box which is always amazing, never wrong or lacking. I also just tried their spicy potato soft taco which taste a lot better than I expected it would, the sauce makes this taco! It's like a spicy honey mustard/mayo/barbecue mix, I cant quite pin point but I've tasted it before and is so good and familiar, they are super quick with getting orders done and have no complaints if you let them know they missed an item in the process. It's like a second home at this point.
I paid $11 for the cantina taco meal and there were quite literally three small pieces of chicken in each taco. Cheese for the chips was also missing. Everything tasted fine but $11 for what was essentially some corn chips and five pieces of chicken is insane especially in this economy. Y’all gotta get it together.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from here with items missing for my husband and I for dinner. Everything was cold. Nothing was organized. I ordered two different boxes, with an extra item. We didn’t know what was what because everything was so smooshed. We will find a different location next time. Never again here.
