I have been waiting to see the new remodel of this location. I went inside and it looked good, the people inside were friendly and attentive. However, here is why I rated it 3 stars. The only way to order inside is by using the touch screen ordering system. I asked if this was the only way to order and was told yes. Well, personally, I absolutely despise having to use these. What would have taken less than a minute to order with a live person would have taken 2 minutes or more....

Ordered two number four crunch wrap meals and both are missing their soft taco that I specifically asked for. I’m not going back out it’s 12:36am very disappointed literally drove to another Taco Bell because the one by our apt always messes our orders up. Guess it doesn’t matter which. And we waited for nuggets so being that we waited 9 mins I thought everything would be right.

So, I completely failed on the app and placed my order at an entirely other location. The folks inside were super kind and tried to help. Long story short the manager came over and after a brief chat solved my mistake. I was happy with my food and service going the extra mile. I wish I’d of gotten the manager’s name. It’s her store.
