I highly recommend the chicken tacos and steak tacos. They are very good, and the service is quick, the staff is nice, and the food was hot. The price is also a plus. $3 per taco and just as good as most Mexican food trucks. I would definitely be coming back again.
Parking: It's at a gas station, so you have to park where you can, and there are a few actual parking spots.

There are two similar food trucks located at this location (Valero gas station on Glenwood avenue) this is one of them, I ordered a steak burrito that day. I also ordered a steak burrito from the second truck to compare the two. That's a separate review. As for the Taco Place the burrito was tasty, cheesy and the steak was good with minor chewy pieces otherwise overall a satisfying and tasty experience. Right balance of rice, beans and cheese. Can't beat the price at $7, it was six dollars just last week! There are some picnic benches for you to sit and eat otherwise you're at a gas station so atmosphere is pretty ho-hum. I would definitely recommend this place and try their full array of food options, see photos for details.

Came here. Got pupusas and were very delicious and good price too! Saw a review here about the chorizo being really good and decided to get 1 taco and was amazes how delicious it was. Real good chrorizo and they gave me enough to get two tacos. Will definitely come back amazing truck with lots of variety!

Everything offered here is FANTASTIC! Spotted this place passing by and had to stop in, so glad we did! Everything is prepared fresh and to order. This is not like the bland fast food shops. It feels like you step up to a Mexican home cooking kitchen window, oh it soooo good! There are some outside tables to dine at or you can take it home. I want to go back for more... MMMmmm!!!

Best chorizo I've ever had. The spices were much stonger than any of the other taco trucks I've tried, and it's spectacular. The ladies said they make it themselves. The presentation was bland but they made up for it with the fantastic flavor. The tortillas are lightly fried and they have both raw and sautéed onions. They have both red and verde salsa out front with to-go cups.
