Ordered food through Uber eats for pickup and was told the food would be ready at 5:30, I did not get my food until 6:10. I called the store at 5:30 when I arrived to have curbside pickup and was told my meal was there but was not available for curbside so I went in the store to grab my food since the lady clearly hand read what my food was, it must have been in her hand and all of a sudden when I walk into the store my food is not ready and I have to wait.

This restaurant has lost its glory days however, the staff were very friendly and professional. And because of their WILLINGNESS to please the customers is the reason why my wife and I will return there in the near future. The Baby Back Ribs is the best item on the menu.

Dirty & Ghetto don’t eat here , tables sticky, waiters ghetto, and lazy. The only thing that’s making me give it 1 star is the bar, they do have good drinks. But it just needs to be more clean and hire people who know about customer service and chefs who know how to cook.

I know it's a chain but damn this was pretty disappointing. The flat iron steak seemed extremely small.. And not flat iron At all.. Looks like a sirloin. Was also unseasoned and over cooked. Service was OK.. As expected.

I was charged $1.08 for extra Jack Daniel sauce for my sons ribs. When we got ready to eat them, we noticed they didn't even cook it with the Jack Daniel Sauce that was supposed to be on there in the first place. Here is the kicker it was the day before Thanksgiving so they weren't even busy. Pure laziness and waste of my money.

After a night that was supposed to be special. We received the most horrible service. The manager was extremely unapologetic after a waitress spilled a drink on the back of a customer that was part of a party I was with. He made it seem like it was our fault. Then he proceeded to talk about us while giving our table a nasty stare with the head chef. We canceled our food order and left extremely disappointed.

The food was delicious ? I had the Buffalo chicken wings and basket of fries. My food was fresh and hot. The Buffalo wings was crunchy and juicy. The portions size was plenty for the price as well. She had the philly cheesesteak burger she said it was delicious but there was more philly cheese steak meat in egg role then it was on the burger do looks can be deceiving with there menu pictures. I also had there new Christmas drink and it was ok I think the bitters in the made it have a after taste. The present was ok the give u margarita glass with sugar around the rim and you have to pour your own drink. The portion of the drink is a little small. Our waiter was very nice an energetic as well.

Came back since covid ... they have some pretty interesting new things on the menu. I suggest the strawberry henny to drink. That hits the spot? tried the Christmas drink? yea that's a no go. But food is always excellent

Hell no I don’t recommend. Absolutely disgusting. Everything I ordered was a problem. I ordered a 6oz sirloin and instead received this (shoe). I swear it’s a piece of boot. Not to mention the hair in my Mac n cheese. I wouldn’t let my dog eat here.
