This has always been our go-to take out Thai place for quite a few years but lately it has just been very plain and blah. Sad to see that happen.

My husband and I got both gotten drunken noodles. I got the scallops and he got chicken. The dishes had a great flavor but both of our dinners were drenched in oil. Truly disappointing. Not sure if we will try them again.

It wasn't great. I wanted to like it since it's an Asian small business, but the food lacked flavor and was worth a lot. It's a small space with hardly any staff so you have to catch them when they come out of the kitchen. I ordered pad see ew and there was hardly any Thai flavor that tasted more like the plastic filling for dental work. I also ordered a papaya salad that had more lettuce than papaya and also lacked flavor until I let it marinate in the fridge for a day. I wished it was better and would eat there again, but it's a one and done for me.

We really wanted to like it. However, it was very disappointing and tasted nothing like authentic Thai Food. They have some odd variation of wide noodles…that were not wide and seemed over cooked in our three dishes. The sauces also were not the flavors that usually come with these dishes (for example, the drunken noodles). It was a very sad experience for our group. If you look at the dishes you’ll see, but notice how both dishes look the the same Pad See Ew.

Worst dang pad Thai that I have ever had. Dry noodles and unflavored. Was delivered on door dash but she was quick driver. Take-out or delivery is likely old food. Disappointed customer that's quite surprised about this order. Normally, Thai is an excellent cuisine. Likely they cut corners b/c North Carolina doesn't have an abundance of demand for niche Asian food. #crappy

Why hasn't owner/Mgmt addressed this sub-standard place?!?!?!?!?Terrible food quality, front house staff needs a smack, will NEVER go there again!!Downtown Glenwood location is great though…

Food is great but it's such a bad customer experience when you change your hours and don't update them on Apple Maps.

Takeout meal. Ordered a large number of meals for a group of 7. My massaman curry was very good, Some others commented on blandness however it could have just been their individual item.

I ordered Pad See Ew for takeout - the lunch portion is extremely generous for the price, and so much delicious flavour. The interior is not very exciting but for to go orders, I'll definitely be back when I'm in Raleigh again.

Ordered a vegetarian meal that came loaded with meat, even after I explicitly clarified my preferences. What a waste of money.

The food was amazing and super quick, I ordered the vegetarian Tom Kha which was incredible, definitely recommend to anyone looking to try vegetarian options. The blonde server was super sweet and attentive. 10/10 recommend this to everyone!!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our meal. We each got fried rice dishes, and we ordered the golden triangle tofu and the avocado mango eggrolls. We will be returning!

This is our favorite place to eat in Raleigh. We drive two hours to eat here. We mainly order the cashew chicken and the orange duck, but even if we venture out onto other things, everything is wonderful. The pork shumai are great and delicate, the vegetarian eggrolls are fantastic, the sweet-and-sour is really good, even the house salad tastes good. Someday I'll venture and try a few other things, but when you drive two hours, I prefer to get what I already know, and I am just too satisfied. We do not order out, we always eat there, even though there are only two tables. Anyone who doesn't like Thaiphoon Bistro is either lying, jealous, or crazy.

When we got there for dine in, I asked for sweet tea, server acted like it was going to be a problem so I told her water was fine.Entree came out before the spring rolls did. Also there was egg shell in the entree :/Server never once came back to check on us refill our water and after waiting a long time we had to go up to the front desk to ask for the check.
