We stopped here, killing time before we took a flight home. We were greeted with friendly, helpful staff that guided us to the best meal choice. Next time in North Carolina...we there!!!

Went there with the family and for what we spent we expected much much more Being in such a nice area and surrounded by beautiful shops we thought we were going to have a great meal totally wrong.
The food was just OK nothing to write home about and I did find it pricey for what we ordered.
I don’t think I’ll go back. wasn’t very impressed.

The brisket was old and dry. Maybe someone forgot to cover the brisket in the hot box or they ran out of tallow. I was completely surprised by how dry it looked. I ordered, therefore I was willing to take the loss and try. The potato salad looks nothing like the real potato salad on their site. The cornbread was dry with a burnt taste. The Mac and cheese was dry. Love the jalapeno Mac and cheese concept and taste. If having the food ready for immediate consumption is their goal then they've reached their goal. BUT, The brisket was well seasoned and the sauce was incredible. The hush puppies were delicious with just the right amount of sweetness and herbs. All staff were courteous and the atmosphere was pleasant. I had high hopes for this place but was very disappointed. Maybe I came after the lunch rush. Maybe, just maybe, the staff ignored their training on preservation and depended on speed or service versus quality of food.
We were welcome by Larry with a big smile and conversation! The rest of the staff were so friendly! The beef brisket was so tender and juicy!
I like their vegetables.
I wish I had taken pictures. I did eat it all.

Awesome food, no matter what you order.
BBQ is usually expensive so the prices were high as expected, however the dryness of both the brisket and the pastrami brisket is laughable. If you are in the Raleigh area and hungry for BBQ, I would recommend you look elsewhere. They have a 4.2 rating for a reason.
Sampled almost everything on the menu and have to say it was all pretty legit. No real complainants and the baked beans I thought were the star.
First time here. The food was as amazing as the original location.
Real Good BBQ! I love when the owner speaks to everyone. Brisket was right and the Jalapeno Mac n Chz is something I now crave
