I go every week, and get a full rack of St louis style ribs, have not been disappointed
the sausage links are amazing, the brisket and pulled pork is excellent. get there early is my advice
The brisket was old and dry. Maybe someone forgot to cover the brisket in the hot box or they ran out of tallow. I was completely surprised by how dry it looked. I ordered, therefore I was willing to take the loss and try. The potato salad looks nothing like the real potato salad on their site. The cornbread was dry with a burnt taste. The Mac and cheese was dry. Love the jalapeno Mac and cheese concept and taste. If having the food ready for immediate consumption is their goal...
BBQ is usually expensive so the prices were high as expected, however the dryness of both the brisket and the pastrami brisket is laughable. If you are in the Raleigh area and hungry for BBQ, I would recommend you look elsewhere. They have a 4.2 rating for a reason.
