Shanell made my stay so comfortable & welcoming. The food at the am bistro was amazing and her service was excellent. If I could rate it 10 stars I would!

Very high prices even for a hotel. Didn’t even have any cream for coffee. Takes forever to serve anything. Very limited selection. Very disappointing for a Marriot. Won’t stay here again. Coffee in the room was better than at the barista counter.

The warm, friendly and professional service from the staff at the Bistro and front desk name Maria Christine and Tracy the front desk and Bistro. This will be my favorite place in Raleigh North Carolina

2 towels for 4 people, toilet tank wouldn't fill because of a bad fill valve, and the shower had no hot water. Lacks a decent breakfast menu. Too many other hotels in the area that offer free breakfast and have lower rates.

My stay at this Marriott was the most fun with some of the highest vibes from all spectrums of the light. Maria Botros took care of my energy by being a powerful beautiful soul which is her and by blessing everyone around her by being herself. You don't meet many strangers like her, but she is truly a special soul and is protected by the highest source. I wish for all the guest to enjoy their stay and have a 5/5 stay like myself .

Clean and spacious rooms, courteous service from the staff. Very quiet and safe location with nice view. Special thanks to Maria Botros for the wonderful service she gave. I am sure I will visit again!!

Spent time this evening grabbing a cocktail in the Bistro. As a former Courtyard manager I pretty much knew what to expect. The thing that made the experience 5 stars was Maria Botrus. She was someone easy to talk to and hearing her passion about working in the industry and serving others was a clear, and sometimes rare thing to find in people working frontline roles. As a hotelier and a corporate HR Director for a competitor- I will undoubtedly say that if I had a hotel or corporate role in market - I would seek Maria out. Courtyard Raleigh North - make sure you pay her here worth as finding someone like this in our industry is becoming more difficult in current times.

Maria Botros was sooooo kind and super nice while I was staying and she made it feel like home away from home. Being kind goes a long way in this day and time we don't see much anymore people view you as a dollar sign she viewed me as a person and it felt good

Maria B. Was so helpful and very honest at the food bar. She gave out helpful information about the food options because I don’t eat pork. I had a couple troubles with my room there was crumbs in the bed but they did fix it. Overall A good stay.

Comfortable, clean room. The service at the Bistro was outstanding! Deago and Maria were superb staff and offered great suggestions and substitutions for our tastes. A wonderful but brief stay. Highly recommend!

Deago was so hospitable, he came out and let us know he was there if we needed anything. His smile alone made my day. Very cheerful and friendly. The other staff was nice and hospitable, but he seemed to go above and beyond to make us feel at home
