The food here is exceptional, particularly the filet (perfectly cooked), the sea bass (how they got fish to taste like butter cream cake is beyond me), the potatoes au gratin, and the apple tart. The service was attentive, friendly. Two things make this really less than what I would expect at this price point: the ambience is meh. We were at a Bankhead booth facing a room where a party was happening, and we watched people go in and out the entire time. A man in the party kept eyeing us with a frown, and shutting the door. It was almost comic. Where else were we supposed to look? The other thing is one of balance...everything felt so swift. Our reservation was at 6:30, and we had wine, salad, entree and dessert, and were out the door by 7:25. For $240, having a more elegant environment with a bit of time to linger and savor would have been ideal. Still, the food and service were exceptional!

Yeah I can see why this place was busy. Both the food and the service were fantastic. I am not a chocolate cake person but the flourless chocolate cake just melts in your mouth. The crab cake appetizer wasn't full of breading like other places. I would definitely go again.

Had a great experience at Capital Grille this weekend for my son’s bday. They greeted us upon entry and immediately said happy birthday to my son, who loved it. Then the table was decorated and had a card from the restaurant for him. Nice little touches that made it special for him. The service was great, David and team took good care of us throughout the night. He even made sure the meals came out quick as we were trying to make the football game that night.
Worth every $$$! My husband and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary here today and we had the best dining experience we've had! Our server, David, was outstanding and hit the spot with every recommendation! Truly a gem! My husband swears it's the best steak he's ever had, and we already booked our reservation for Valentines! 10/10

Living and now working in the NH area, it’s become a staple for me — and I’ve loved introducing colleagues to the incredible team there. I can’t say enough about Sam and Tarreus. Every time I walk in, they’re the reason it feels like home. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine spirit shine through in everything they do. You don’t just get a drink — you get conversation, comfort, and a moment of joy in your day. They treat people with a level of care you rarely find anymore. We visited for a team dinner. The atmosphere at the entrance of the restaurant makes you feel excited even before you enter. The staff were very polite and it was a very meaningful time. This was the first time we had gathered like this since I joined my current team. Also, by coincidence, it was my birthday and the birthday of another member. It was such a coincidence that I will never forget this moment.
