We had the absolute BEST time at Cheesecake Factory, all thanks to Derrick our server, who deserves their own Netflix special, a raise, and maybe even a parade. From the moment we sat down, they were on it… friendly, fast, and absolutely hilarious. Hands down the funniest, kindest, most on-top-of-everything server we’ve ever had. From start to finish, he made our entire experience unforgettable. Derrick was like a hospitality ninja. Drink refills before we even realized we needed them, food recommendations that were chef’s kiss, and an energy that made us feel like VIPs. He handled everything with such ease, all while making us laugh like we were at a comedy club. The man is a walking good vibe. Dietary needs? Handled. Questions? Answered before we finished asking. Just the right balance of friendly and professional. You could tell he truly cares about his guests and takes pride in what he does and it shows. We left full, happy, and already making plans to come back just for Derrick even though we live over 2 hours away. If you’re heading to Cheesecake Factory, do yourself a favor and ask for him… you’ll leave with a full stomach and a smile that lasts all week.

Beautiful place. It was my first time there, just went for the cheesecake. Will try the restaurant next time. I originally thought 10.50 per slice of cheesecake was a bit much, still bought 3 pieces. After eating it, I would have paid more.

Taylor and the server working with her were amazing. I admire their can-do attitude and commitment to our needs. This visit tops all visits I have had in the past at various locations. Rhis locatuon is large--lots of seating space. Service from hostess to wait staff was great --seated in nice booth--wait staff was attentive, helpful, and professional!!

After standing there for 10 minutes and watching my call sit on hold, a couple walked up and she said, hi how may I help you. As I continued to wait.

Come here if you want overpriced frozen food!! The fish, shrimp and calamari are all frozen foods. The fries tasted like they were a day old. Salmon was undercooked and the only decent thing was mashed potatoes. Only thing fresh we had.

The food was not hot. We wait one hour and a half. Food was not worth the wait. They didn't care about the speed of the service. We waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes to sit down and another hour and a half for food. This restaurant was the worst one I have been to will never go again.
