I was here for a baby shower with a large group. We had reservations, but again seating here is so finicky. Either you're good or you have to wait until the whole party arrives or there are no reservations, it's a crap shoot! We split into two tables with two servers to make everything run smoother. The problem is much of the food coming out was cold when we got it. Doesn't help that we're all health conscious-many for health reasons-and we had a handful of gluten free, no dyes for anyone, seed oil free for most, avoiding dairy for a few. I've just learned that many of the restaurants that used to be "the best" just taste horrible when you know what real food tastes like! I was underwhelmed! I had a sandwich with bacon and other meats and avocado on it. It was okay. Yes the cheesecake is tasty, but not "clean", not sure if I'll be back...

Always love this place.Great atmosphere.Great food. Just a personal disappointment, we went there for our 19th wedding anniversary and everything was great except my wife's favorite meal was on the menu, chicken marsala. How do you not have that has a regular on the menu? Like I said, just a personal rant, but everything was great. We enjoyed ourselves.

Paid 74$ for a Linda's chocolate fudge cake for my bday and most of it was fudge and frosting. I offered them the cake back and was told they dont do refunds. Will never be back. Legit have to call my bank to get money back when they could've helped if they wanted too

Massively overrated. I went with my family on a Thursday afternoon. It took 40 minutes to get our food. The restaurant was not even close to 30 percent capacity. Other guests ordered and ate before we got our food. The food cost twice as much as the same product at Chill's.Our order was mixed up. The salad was pitiful. Presentation was low effort. Silverware looked horrible with stains and water spots. The restaurant itself is showing its age. With walls, tables and splashing needing a deep cleaning. Staff was friendly and courteous. Very much overpriced. Sadly this is becoming a trend in Raleigh. There are much better options for this price.

Sat at the bar, server was not friendly & barley came by to check on us. Waited a good 20 minutes before we were even greeted, when it came time to check out. He was just hanging out playing on his phone. Another server helped us. As a fellow server, shame on you. Also, responding “ight” is not polite whatsoever.

I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory at Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, and while the food was mediocre at best—overpriced portions that felt more like a chain restaurant gimmick than anything special—the real dealbreaker was discovering that this place employs staff who openly support political violence. In today's world, where companies should vet their hires for basic decency, it's unacceptable to have someone like that behind the counter, potentially influencing the atmosphere or even the service. It made me uncomfortable and left a sour taste that no amount of cheesecake could fix. Avoid this location if you value a neutral dining experience; there are better options in Raleigh without the baggage. One star, and I won't be back.
