The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar

This place still feels relatively trendy, even though it's been open for years. Our appetizer, the nachos with ahi, was simply amazing. The sushi itself was good. And we were there on a Wednesday, which was half price bottles of wine, a nice surprise, indeed. Our server was friendly, bubbly, and very attentive. Overall, a really good experience!

I like this restaurant. Modern and so is their food. A little pricey but food was delicious. I love the seaweed appetizer and the bison burger. It was divine. And we got a delicious big free chocolate dessert because we were celebrating a birthday.

It's a great little spot. I had the Crab Rangoon dip with a burger and sushi bento box. The Crab Rangoon is definitely a must-try. I had the bagel roll, which was really good. All the other sides were ok; I would return just for the Crab Rangoon dip.

We went to celebrate a birthday. Our server was friendly and helpful. We were seated in the covered patio section which was quite dim and a bit loud. The food was decent. I just found the menu to be a bit redundant with avocado in most of the sushi rolls, burgers and other offerings. I have a severe allergy so it took quite a while to find something safe to eat. The salmon was the best thing we tried. It was cooked very well and was fresh. The dessert was ok too.
Overall we had a pleasant time and appreciated the service.

The Fusion Specialty Bento Box is the correct choice for the variety of items. The mini featured burger that night was the Black Truffle Cheeseburger. The milky stout was delicious as well. Birthday cake was mandatory and very rich ???

Parking: There is a parking garage just past the restaurant to the right. It is free parking and then you just take the elevator or the steps.

Famished after a lovely afternoon viewing homes on the last day of the Parade Of Homes 2024. Cow Fish Sushi Burger Bar hit the spot. The ambiance was pretty basic. I enjoyed the fish tank in the middle of the restaurant.

This was my first time here and I’ll be back. I ordered the shrimp tempura roll and a peanut butter & chocolate milkshake. I have to admit it does look like an after meal deluxe….. but boy was that thang DELICIOUS ?.

They have spiked milkshakes as well. I hungry writing this review, I can’t wait to order something different next time.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here and our server Hannah had exemplary service and a bubbly personality despite it being the end of a long day of work. The food was great and the atmosphere is very unique and enjoyable. A few quibbles that do not constitute complaints: my wife did observe that the bread on her veggie burger was slightly dry and the patty was somewhat bland but she still enjoyed it. While I am a meat eater, it would be nice to see one or two more vegetarian options so I can convince her to come here more often. The menu is large so maybe there are but I missed them. Thanks folks!
