Great communication and beautiful work on a birthday cake!

We used the cupcake shoppe for our wedding and they delivered a fantastic experience! We did a normal cake for cutting and mini cupcakes for eating. Their gluten-free cupcakes are very good (not GF myself). We have been enjoying the leftover cupcakes in our freezer!

We ordered our wedding cake from the Cupcake Shoppe, and it was absolutely wonderful!! They were extremely easy to work with and executed our vision perfectly. The cake turned out beautifully. We had chocolate on one layer and cinnamon on the others. Both flavors were delicious and guests loved the cake. We have always loved their cupcakes and would highly recommend working with them for any event!

We came here for a sweet treat an hour before closing and they seemed to have many delicious options. The cupcakes were a little stale which makes sense since we waited until the end of the day, but they offer a wide variety of flavors and coffee drinks.

The Cupcake Shoppe did both our wedding cake and a UNC Basketball-themed groom's cake for our wedding weekend, and we have since become obsessed, regular customers!

Their cupcakes and baked good are amazing! We love dropping by for a treat or picking up an order to gift to friends and family.

Our wedding cakes were AMAZING - both gorgeous and delicious. Arlen and the team at Cupcake Shoppe are a dream to work with and made our wedding planning process a breeze. Both cakes were exactly what we envisioned and so, so delicious. They even worked with us to create a custom Dulce de Leche flavor layer for our wedding cake that we really wanted to include as a nod to our Cuban background on our wedding day. It was delicious!

10/10 I needed vegan cupcakes for a birthday and it was kinda last minute notice. After some research and a phone call I found this place to not only make vegan cupcakes but they keep some on hand and a have 2 other flavors besides chocolate and vanilla. Personally I am generally not a fan of vegan baked goods but to my surprise these cupcakes were excellent and very good. I wasn't able to tell they were vegan! I am not sure they keep Vegan cupcakes available the entire day or if they make one batch and once they are out they don't make any more so I would suggest either calling ahead or going first thing in the morning to ensure to get them if you need them.

We ordered custom rice krispie treats, cheesecake pops, and brownie bites for our wedding welcome party and everything was a huge hit! The rice krispie treats were HUGE and so delicious. The cheesecake pops were a crowd favorite and you can never go wrong with brownies. Arlen was great to work with throughout the entire process.

I had 40 custom cookies made for my oldest daughters baby shower. Everyone loved the western theme cookies and comented how detailed they were. They also tasted great. Quick responce to all questions and a great experience. We will definately use them again.

We recently ordered a custom cake for my son’s first birthday and I can’t say enough amazing things about this bakery. They were so easy to communicate with and worked off our party invitation to come up with an adorable, perfect design. On the day of, the cake was decorated just as we discussed, traveled well with no issues (we picked up), and mostly importantly was absolutely delicious- my guests raved about it all day! I will absolutely be placing many more future orders!

They were very helpful getting my daughter's dream cake made with 1 days notice & the vanilla icing tasted great. We didn't prefer the spice cake, but that's probably more of personal preference than anything else as it was still moist and fluffy as one would hope. Their cookies and cupcakes are very yummy!
