We recently ordered a custom cake for my son’s first birthday and I can’t say enough amazing things about this bakery. They were so easy to communicate with and worked off our party invitation to come up with an adorable, perfect design. On the day of, the cake was decorated just as we discussed, traveled well with no issues (we picked up), and mostly importantly was absolutely delicious- my guests raved about it all day! I will absolutely be placing many more future orders!

They were very helpful getting my daughter's dream cake made with 1 days notice & the vanilla icing tasted great. We didn't prefer the spice cake, but that's probably more of personal preference than anything else as it was still moist and fluffy as one would hope. Their cookies and cupcakes are very yummy!

I’ve been ordering cakes from The Cupcake Shoppe for over a decade and each time they go above and beyond. This month I ordered a cake for a surprise 30th birthday. The staff at The Cupcake Shoppe met every expectation and executed every detail to ensure the vision for the cake was nothing short of exceptional. There’s nothing like asking for something but it comes out completely different. That wasn’t the case here. The Cupcake Shoppe exceeded my expectations, yet again! So much so the birthday woman loved her cake! They have a customer for life! Take a look a their fabulous work!

The Cupcake shop made a special cake for our son's wedding welcome party and did a fantastic job. We asked for a replica of the UNC Old Well and were delighted with their version. Highly recommend!

Visiting the city and was recommended to come here and I’m so happy I did! The blue raspberry matcha and mango lemonade were amazing! The Simply Cinnamon cupcake is now my favorite cupcake!

We used the Cupcake Shoppe for my son’s birthday party and they did a phenomenal job! Everything from the communication to the delivery was top notch. Our son has an egg allergy so it’s hard to find bakeries that can make cakes and cupcakes that look and taste like regular cakes, but this team hit it out of the park. The cake and cupcakes were delicious and beautiful. Thank you so much again!

Thank you for the most beautiful cake I have ever seen. It was breathtaking. I am amazed by your skill and attention to detail in the flowers which you so skillfully created. The cupcakes were good, but there was nothing extraordinary about them. Worse though was the service. The young lady working behind the counter didn't seem as though she wanted to be there. The cashier, on the other hand was great. Very friendly, and greeted us with a smile.

I ordered some cupcakes this past weekend for a gender reveal, and unfortunately, these didn't exactly deliver. The cupcakes were misshapened, and you can somewhat see the color of the gender underneath the white icing. Thankfully, we tried not to peak in there before the actual reveal, but everyone pointed out they could see the hidden color before even biting into it

Great customer service! I ordered some mini cupcakes and one large cupcake with fondant decor for a kitten shower and they did a great job. I got chocolate cake with salted caramel and cream cheese frostings and carrot cake with cinnamon cream cheese frosting. All were excellent, the cinnamon cream cheese carrot cake was my favorite.
