He does a great job of letting you taste and compare, not just describing them. As someone planning to open my own café/wine bar, I really appreciate our conversations on small businesses, wine knowledge/expertise and overall experience.

This spot is a gem! I stopped by to buy a bottle of bubbly for a holiday party and stayed for the convos and vibe. The selection is great and the service was 10/10! I ended up returning the next day after lunch and bringing a few friends back in the evening. It’s really the place to go to unwind, enjoy great music and just be. Truly appreciate spaces like The Hippo because they’re rare but cherished! Please stop by, you won’t regret it!
