The 6 pack cupcakes was awful! It tasted like a box cake with heavy icing. I was so shocked because I thought it was homemade. I didn't want to write this review, but had to.

So it’s *that time* of the month and I really wanted a cupcake. I door dashed a 4 pack of cupcakes and omg, the red velvet was THE BEST red velvet cupcake I’ve ever had, and I’m not even a big red velvet fan. So moist and so sweet. Really nice, and I’m usually more of a cookie person than a cupcake one!

Just tried the lemon meringue cupcake and it was divine! Not too sweet, light, & airy. I can’t speak to the donuts, but the cupcakes seem expertly crafted!

I tried the mini doughnuts with vanilla glaze and the shave ice in both cotton candy and pina colada flavors. Everything was very good- the doughnuts were the best in my opinion. Warm and tasty with lots of excess glaze. Side thought- It’s rare to find cotton candy flavor being red… typically blue.

I am at the Morgan Street Food lab and was looking forward to getting my kids shaved ice and sharing some delicious pastries. Online, hours show the place opening at 10:30 and it was 12 and the gentleman said they were still closed. When my husband asked what time they open, he said….”I don’t know, like 1 or so”. It’s 1:04 and still not open. Very disappointed in the service.

Not what I thought…mini donuts tasted like funnel cake though and it was alright. I got strawberry glazed mini donut and my friend got cookies and cream mini donuts! Not a lot of glaze was on my donuts either!

The Best, I will never go anywhere else. Ordered 36 mini cupcakes for my husbands birthday party and they were a HIT. Red Velvet, Triple Chocolate and Cookies and Cream. Everyone loved them. THANK YOU
Great refreshing flavored lemonade. My only complaint is that it had too much ice & I requested light ice. The salted caramel cupcake was fluffy and sweet with a smooth icing. It didn't have too much of the salted flavor which was good for me.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I stopped in for an after school treat for my kid at the Morrisville location. She started crying and as I was trying to calm her down. A woman comes from the back and very rudely says "you need to get her to stop crying. I can hear her all the way in the back or else I'm going to...I stopped her from finishing her sentence of asking us to leave because I told her we're leaving. She then says yes and shakes her head. Of course you could hear her crying in the back. The entire place is the size of a living room. Aside from the terrible customer service or lack thereof. I would say spend your money elsewhere. A 6 pack of cupcakes at Publix are the price for one here and they taste WAY better as well. Spend your money at a bakery that treats their customers with kindness and actually has "gourmet" cupcakes. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

I am not great at picking a singular flavor so I purchased a four pack of cupcakes to try them- they all tasted the same except for the Chocolate. The frosting was very thick and bland. Threw them all away after a bite of each.

1/20/23: Today was my first time ever at this food hall, and I was pleasantly surprised to see The Kupcake Fairy here. I've been to their shop in Morrisville before & I enjoyed my treats then. The cashier was friendly. There were samples of brownie and pound cake available, so I tasted both. They were both delicious. Unfortunately though, they didn't have any brownies for sale. So that was a bummer. I ended up getting 6 items...1 lemonade, 1 pound cake, & 4 cupcakes. We enjoyed it ALL! I'd definitely recommend them & will be back soon.
