Terrible experience. Food looked nothing like the pictures I saw online. Expensive for less than mid food. I got the bbq pork Mac, and it’s bland, it’s just not what I was expecting and I definitely wouldn’t have paid what I did for this. Very disappointing as the website really hyped it up, and looked really good.

The price was ok for the portion size Mac and cheese I got. I added bacon and no breadcrumbs. It was alright but not the best Mac and cheese I tasted. I felt the noodles were overcooked which makes a difference to me.

I used to love the Mac House before, I haven't been in a few years. After driving to it, I was surprised to find its now in a ghost kitchen.
I gave it a solid chance, but I was really disappointed. The cheeseburger mac and cheese I ordered had a small drop of sauce on top, it was basically just mac and cheese with beef mixed in. The vegan mac and cheese I ordered was also cold and I had to ask it to be reheated.
These ghost kitchen staff just can't put love into food like a dedicated staff at a specialty restaurant.
I'll be going to "I <3 Mac & Cheese" for my future Mac and Cheese dinners.

Its a little of a learning curve, you have different vendors who you choose from then pay for on a screen its self service. Pay with your card . It's clean and it's a change of scenery. Probably try it again .
I had the vegan Buffalo cauliflower bites and the facon truffle Mac. The flavor of both dishes was terrific and the portion sizes were good for the price.
This will definitely be a go to for vegan comfort food!

This place is now a ghost kitchen and Food Truck, however their physical address for the old location is shown on their website. Owners should be more transparent about this change. Ended up taking my team somewhere else due to this as there is no dining available.

This is some kind of weird ghost kitchen, it’s just a place called “Flavor District” and doesn’t even have a card reader. You scan a QR code to order and that’s it, not much seating or anything. Really bizarre experience and I really want to go to the real brick and mortar place :/
