I had a really disappointing experience here. We ordered two vegan mac and cheeses and buffalo cauliflower, and it took over an hour to get our food. We were told after ordering that the vegan sauce was frozen and needed to be defrosted, which already didn’t feel great for a restaurant specializing in mac and cheese.
When the food finally came out, the cauliflower was soggy, the mac was lukewarm, and there were big chunks of unmelted cheese. Definitely not worth the wait or the 30-minute drive to get there. They did give us an extra cookie for the delay, which was a nice gesture, but overall the quality of the food just wasn’t there. Unfortunately, the drive and quality is just not worth it. This place might be fine for regular Mac (maybe) but there is definitely better vegan Mac elsewhere.

We have definitely been here a few times and every time my family loves it. The staff work very hard, and the facilities are beautifully cleaned which is very appreciated. Can’t wait to go back again.

Ordered the pizza mac and cheese but got served the hamburger… Found out when I was home :/. It was okay, and I am sure if you wanted a burger you would like it but really wanted to try the pizza as I heard it was good… Oh well.
My partner got the truffle one and she loved it. So I am happy she enjoyed hers.

I drove 2 hours for the smoked turkey leg combo and it did not disappoint! It comes with the smoked turkey leg, collard greens and your choice of yams or rice and gravy. Since I didn't want any sweetness on my turkey leg, I chose the rice and gravy. My wife had the yams and she said they were great! The customer service was outstanding! There was a register for people that only wanted to try the smoked turkey leg and the remaining registers were for everyone else. The young lady that was serving the Turkey leg register was exteremly friendly and actually out in front of the register instead of behind the counter helping everyone decide on what options they would like on the Turkey leg as well as navigating us through the menu options on the register which made the ordering process fast and efficient. For the amount of people that was there, plenty of seating was available while you waited but I imagine on a busy day, the line would be out the door. On the day I visited, there appeared to be a maintenance issue with the Air conditioning but there were plenty of fans and the door cooled it off everytime a Customer came in otherwise the atmosephrre grade would have been a 5 star. I also had a 5 piece wing with the sweet and tangy sauce and they were also very good. I am definitely going back not only because the food was great but the customer service and cleanliness were fantastic!

food is amazing and i used to come a lot but they got rid of all of their grilled cheese sandwiches after they moved locations :( i used the love the caprese grilled cheese it was the best plz bring it back

My wife and I got the Philly Cheese steak and Buffalo Chicken Mac and cheese both was great! Will definitely come again!
Terrible experience. Food looked nothing like the pictures I saw online. Expensive for less than mid food. I got the bbq pork Mac, and it’s bland, it’s just not what I was expecting and I definitely wouldn’t have paid what I did for this. Very disappointing as the website really hyped it up, and looked really good.

The price was ok for the portion size Mac and cheese I got. I added bacon and no breadcrumbs. It was alright but not the best Mac and cheese I tasted. I felt the noodles were overcooked which makes a difference to me.

I used to love the Mac House before, I haven't been in a few years. After driving to it, I was surprised to find its now in a ghost kitchen.
I gave it a solid chance, but I was really disappointed. The cheeseburger mac and cheese I ordered had a small drop of sauce on top, it was basically just mac and cheese with beef mixed in. The vegan mac and cheese I ordered was also cold and I had to ask it to be reheated.
These ghost kitchen staff just can't put love into food like a dedicated staff at a specialty restaurant.
I'll be going to "I <3 Mac & Cheese" for my future Mac and Cheese dinners.
