This was our first visit to this location. We brought our family that has never been. The experience was awesome. Luke was our server and it was his first table after training. He did a great job! He was very nice and professional. We had a great time talking and joking with him. The food was presented well, Luke was fast and made sure all the small things were taken care of. This is a testament to who they hire and how they train. This was one of our better experiences at a Melting Pot. We have been going to them for 18 years in a different state. Glad to have this one close and well managed and staffed. Thank you all for such a great night. We had a blast!

Oh. My. GOODNESS!! SO yummy!! If you’ve been and experienced the Melting Pot- you KNOW!! My sisters and I live in different states, but got to get together and go out for dinner recently. We LOVE the Melting Pot and Gabe was THE BEST WAITER!! He rolled right along with our crazy sister shenanigans, attended to ALL the details, and even took a selfie with us!! (Permission granted for pic) BEST TIME EVER!! Highly Recommend!! Will go again!!
Wheelchair accessibility: My sis recently had knee surgery so we needed to use the ramp/handrails, and the host made sure to ask where we would be most comfortable sitting taking this into consideration!

THIS IS THE 3RD TRY. I WILL NOT BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS ON POINT, IN MY OPINION. IT'S THE LACK LUSTER SERVICE THAT WE KEEP RECEIVING, EACH INSTANCE WAS BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE. THIS LAST TIME, UGH, MY WAITRESS (DIDN'T CATCH HER NAME, OR BARLEY SEEN HER). HER NOSE WAS RUINING/ RUNNY. SHE KEPT SNIFFLING OVER OUR FOOD/ FONDUE😩 I HAD TO KEEP ASKING HER "WAS SHE SICK." SHE STATED "SHE JUST MOVED FROM FLORIDA & THE WEATHER CHANGE IS MESSING WITH HER". I WAS WATCHING & PRAYING NO SNOT WENT INTO OUR FONDUE. IT WAS SO BAD, WE DECIDED MID DINNER WE WERE CANCELING OUR CHOCOLATE FONDUE BECAUSE OF THE POOR & DISGUSTING SERVICE. I ASKED, "WILL THE MANAGERS NOT LET YOU GO BLOW YOUR NOSE?" THEN OMG! SHE HAD THE NERVE TO WIPE HER NOSE WITH HER HAND WHEN BRINGING OUT THE SAUCES & I ASKED FOR EXTRA SAUCE 😩. AGAIN, FOOD IS ALWAYS ON POINT! WE JUST HAPPEN TO BE SAT IN A CORNER & GET HORRIBLE SERVICE. I WAS JEALOUS OF THE TABLE NEXT TO US. THEIR SERVER WAS ON POINT WITH THEM. ALL IN ALL! I'M OVER SPENDING MONEY & NOT RECEIVING GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We had an amazing experience this evening. This was our first time here and I would highly recommend it. Steve was our server and he was great. We never had to wait for anything. Give him a raise!!! We will definitely be back. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful with questions about the menu. The food was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

I’ve been to Melting Pot many times- tonight my mother & I came for my birthday. Our server was Luke D. and he told us it was his first night on the floor and we were his first table! He did great for his first night and he made sure to make me feel special as the birthday girl! He was so polite and attentive- I think he’s going to be a great asset at Melting Pot! It was a pleasure to be served by him tonight.

My wife and I have been many times, but this past experience we took family members who have not experienced it yet, they all loved it. We did 3 courses and everything was perfect. The best part is everyone got something different which allowed my wife and I to really narrow down what our favorites are when we go. Great ambience and atmosphere. 3-4 course meal usually takes 2+ hours, so great way to have conversations and catch up with one another.

Love love loved this place. For a first time going here it's a great experience! Food is great, the waitress we had was super awesome. Loved every second. I will say this place is pricey so save up for when you come here. Or pick and choose things you want to lower the cost a bit. Either way completely worth it.

Love this place! It’s a perfect spot of girl’s night. You can sit with your friends and leisurely enjoy a great night of food and drinks. One of my friends was also gluten free and they were very diligent on making sure nothing got cross contaminated for her.

Always a great experience. We only get to go 4 times a year since we live in Edenton which is 150 miles away. The food is outstanding, the service is great, and the management is excellent

The service was excellent, and the food tasted great. The front entrance was being renovated so we thought it was closed, but I'm glad we checked. Great meal.

I went to the Melting Pot for dinner tonight, and I liked the place in the past, but I won't be returning. This is the second time we've had an awful experience. First, we had a reservation for 5:45 for 4 people and a child. We walked in at 5:40, and the table wasn't ready until almost 6 PM. It was NOT busy. What is the point of a reservation if the table isn't ready at the time of the reservation? Also, "getting the table ready" was only them bringing menus and some silverware. Most restaurants do that in 30 seconds. Then they brought us to a table with only one fondue pot, even though a majority of their menu is "dinners for two", and we had 4 people. We asked to move, and they did move us thankfully. Then, our waitress didn't come for awhile, and then took forever to bring drinks. The ENTIRE night the drink service was abysmal. We waited over 15 minutes for a double shot of Tito's. How hard can that possibly be? Again, it wasn't busy at all, so I don't know why it took SO long. You'd get faster drink service at your town's trashiest bar. Then, the food was just okay. It took forever to come out (up to 20-25 minutes after finishing the previous course) which is weird because it's JUST cut up ingredients, which- even if done right before serving- does not take that long for the portion sizes. Then, it was okay at best. The potatoes we got were literally grey, had a weird liquid substance on them, and actually tasted like dirt. I wanted to spit it out, but I didn't want to be impolite. It was quite literally the WORST potato I've ever had. The entire "experience" took THREE HOURS. No one wants to sit at a restaurant for that long. We had to ask to order the dessert course during one of the few times the waitress came. We also didn't get an "experience" because nothing was explained to us or shown off in an entertaining way. There was just no presentation or care at all, which i assume is something you pay for in their insanely high prices ($240 for two people). Plates were piling up on the table because no one was taking them. My husband had to ask someone to take our plates because we were running out of room. Next time I want fondue, I will do it myself at home, save over $200 in the process, and do it SO much better. You can literally buy a fondue pot for 1/3rd of the price of this dinner and use it as much as you want while not experiencing horrendous service. Again, I will not be returning here.

We had an amazing dining experience at The Melting Pot, thanks to our exceptional server. From the moment we sat down, they made sure we were comfortable and explained the menu and fondue process in detail. They were attentive without being intrusive, checked on us regularly, and made fantastic recommendations that made our meal even better. Their friendly, upbeat attitude truly enhanced our evening. We will definitely be back, and we hope to have the same wonderful service again!
