Matt, the GM is incredible and we loved Hannah and the plate sports sugar decorations from the other associate.

Always a wonderful experience. We asked if they still had the Dubai Chocolate Fondue and they had almost all of the I gredie at. It was amazing!

The service left much to be desired. While the waiter claimed to have worked there for many years, the experience hardly reflected that level of expertise. The food was, at best, mediocre. I had hoped for a cheese fondue that was rich, creamy, and indulgent—yet what arrived at the table was anything but. The flavors were savory, the texture underwhelming, and overall it was simply a hot mess. In hindsight, I would have asked them to redo the dish altogether.

Delicious as always! We did the 50th anniversary special and loved the touch of gold on everything. Portions were great and everything tasted very fresh!

Overpriced experience, I can see why there is only one left in the area. For the what I spent I could have had a much better meal elsewhere.

The Melting Pot is always delicious, but this review is mainly to comment on the exceptional service we received from Hunter C. He was attentive, thoughtful, and made the experience truly memorable. He certainly deserves recognition for going the extra mile for guests!

I have to say the main dishes were very good plus the soup the mozzarella stick and pepperoni pocket thing wasn’t that great they were a little overcooked. If you haven’t tried the place I would definitely check it out. Ingredients were fresh.

A sidenote, we do get this place catered at work quite often and never had an issue. Maybe eating at the place or inside would be a lot better.

I made this reservation to celebrate my mother's 91st birthday and asked if I could bring a cake. The first good sign is that the restaurant said "of course!". Our server was absolutely phenomenal. We were a party of 7, and it was a lot to deal with, but he handled it incredibly well.

While the waitress was really nice, the food was horrible. Everything was over salted and bland. I do not get how this restaurant is rated so high. It was so meh.

This place isn't like it use to be. Our waiter seemed unfamiliar with the menu and I had to point out on the menu what I wanted. I paid for upgraded roses and petals on table which was nice but then they stuck us right by front door and this was when place wasn't even half full when we had reservations. We drank water and had one drink a piece and our bill was close to $260 for two people. It is not worth it in my opinion. Way better places and cheaper around Raleigh to go to.

It's just ok, took my daughter for her birthday. For what you pay you could spend 1/2 as much at a traditional high end restaurant. None of the foods were equal to what you pay for. A few shrimp some similar cuts of beef etc. with filler veggies.
