This place isn't like it use to be. Our waiter seemed unfamiliar with the menu and I had to point out on the menu what I wanted. I paid for upgraded roses and petals on table which was nice but then they stuck us right by front door and this was when place wasn't even half full when we had reservations. We drank water and had one drink a piece and our bill was close to $260 for two people. It is not worth it in my opinion. Way better places and cheaper around Raleigh to go to.
Service was excellent. Food was good. It is a little pricey. Would be great if they had a smaller portion lunch option
Table next to us had seven children running around and screaming. It was my birthday with my husband and daughter and her husband. Paid way too much to have to deal with that.
Great dining experience! I wish they still had apples for the cheese. Jeff was an excellent server!
Melting pot is very tasty. Cheese entrées and dessert are all fantastic. Salads are a bit pedestrian. Our service on this particular day was a bit slow and off. Also, I was blindsided by drinks for my children, which I thought were a one time fee with unlimited refills, but I still learned it was six dollars each refill because they opted to drink out of some tiki mug thing. That was disappointing. On the hole, we love melting pot and will be back.
It was just ok. We've ate at several different melting pots in Florida and NC and some are ok and some are good.
Went here for Father's Day. Just keep in mind, if you do the four-course dinner, it can take some time (~2 hours).
Food was good but service was almost nonexistent in a mostly empty restaurant. Table was not cleared quickly and long waits between courses.
Great food & great service, highly recommend!
Hunter was our server and his service was outstanding. Food was also phenomenal!

Im going to let the photo speak for itself
We were a party of 13 for a Birthday celebration.
There service excellent!!
I spent more money here than a dang Michelin star restaurant just to cook my own food. The food choices weren't the best and spoiler when you cook meats in the same pot it all tastes pretty much the same. You kind of get a handful of bare ingredients to put in your choice of broth. Dessert was like 5 choices of grocery store quality desserts that you dip in chocolate. I'm pretty sure they just took rice krispy treats out of the packaging and cubed them on the plate. Service was amazing though they were really kind and helpful.
We had a blast celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday tonight. Our waitress was perfect the food delicious, and the atmosphere was so much fun great experience perfect for special occasions definitely recommend
Wonderful food and very friendly staff. It made Mother's day extra special. The manager came and gave the mothers a flower.
