Seating at the Peddler is first come first serve so we got in line before the doors opened to guarantee we got seated in the first wave on a Saturday night. Definitely the best steakhouse in Raleigh and far superior than that overrated one further up Glenwood. The service is incredible and attentive. Had the ribeye with asparagus and the salad bar. Love having the steaks cut table side so you know exactly what you're getting. I make it a point to get here a few times a year. Definitely a real treat that I look forward to.

This beautiful restaurant is one of my local favorites. Always a perfectly cooked and flavourful steak dinner. You should always expect a wait no matter the day or time due to the size of the restaurant and, of course, the meal; it's definitely worth the wait. The staff really tries their best to accommodate.

We have ate here 3 years in a row on my Dad's birthday. We lost Dad in 2020 and 2 of my siblings live at the coast and my brother and I live in the foothills so we meet there to keep his memory alive.Food and service is always top notch and they have a fantastic salad bar and great selection of beef to choose from.

Always an amazing experience here. Super attentive staff. Have had the prime rib and the ribeye. Both are very good. The salad bar is also pretty amazing. A little dark inside but that's part of the charm. Your eyes will get used to it.

Food was fantastic. We showed up 30 minutes before they opened and there was a line down the sidewalk. The atmosphere was great. Even though the restaurant was busy it wasn’t loud and still felt intimate. We had steak and chicken with baked potato and salad bar. Highly highly recommendParking: You’ll need to park in the shopping center lot and walk down the sidewalk to the entrance of the restaurant which sits back much farther than the rest of the store fronts and kind of hides.

Never a bad experience when visiting the Peddler! I always order the Filet Mignon and am never disappointed! If you need to open your sinuses up, order the shrimp cocktail!

When we first arrived and we were told a table would be over an hour and a half we were skeptical. But we drove over an hour just to try them out. We were not disappointed! The drinks were were perfect. The steaks were cooked to perfection and delicious. I did not care for the dessert (creme brulee) but certainly didn't let that ruin my night. Our server was attentive without being overbearing. I highly suggest enjoying an evening here if you have the time.

Ordered 2 Filets medium came out rare sent them back one came back still rare one overdone...waitress made excuses....sorry you want to have people come back I know of 6 that won't and Facebook will also know about your lousy service!!!
