I don't know if it's just this location or bad night or what cuz I've been to other of their locations and haven't had a bad experience. Service here wasn't great. I don't know if it's just cuz it was a busy time or what but the place looked a mess.
Food was okay The wings were not dry but they weren't flavored as advertised. We got some loaded fries The fries needed to get cooked more however.
I guess this location is great to sit and watch sports cuz Its got plenty of TVs and they're very well placed but it's hard to hear anything except the TVs.
We didn't sit outside but there's a lot of outdoor seating that looked like was popular with families cuz they were all sorts of kids running around

I was not impressed. This was my first time at a pickled onion. There’s definitely potential so I will try another location. I ordered a drink but they were out of a main ingredient for it. I ordered something without green onions but they were still piled on top. Garlic parm wings didn’t have any garlic flavor at all. Would have let someone know if anyone had come to the table after the food came. We had waited over 30 minutes just for those 2 appetizers and I was hungry so we ate. The wings were great as far as size and crispiness. Would have loved some sauce to add to them. About 10 mins after we finished eating we finally had someone come to the table so we could ask for the check. It was also very loud in there which was ok but then someone started vacuuming on top of it??? Here’s to hoping my next visit to another location is more pleasant.

Love the pickled onion, but not apparently not durning football season. Service was NON-EXISTENT today, had to ask for everything. Food was great as always. Too loud to even talk to those sitting next to me.

Unfortunately, our experience was less than pleasant. Our order was incorrect,. There were no onion straws on the burger and the side was fries instead of the jalapeño Mac and Cheese I ordered. My burger went back to the kitchen where straws were added but no Mac and cheese came out. Instead it was indicated it would come out later. After waiting a considerable amount of time and eating over half my meal without the side I ordered, I enquired about it. A sorry excuse for Mac and cheese came out. It was dry, mostly bare macaroni noodles, no bechamel sauce was evident, there was barely cheese and no jalapeños. When I called the bartender/waiter who took my order over to complain, he was rude and aggressive, saying “I’m a bartender not a cook” . Well no he isn’t a cook but he is the waiter who got my order wrong and as a waiter he is first in line for complaints. The managers, I ultimately spoke to, were apologetic and comped my meal ~$7.00.. Still the experience was less than desirable and not sure I’ll be returning to give it the other chance the managers urged me to give.
