Moved from Texas so know brisket. Pit was good, a little fattier than I like. Really like lean. Moist and good flavor. Good sides. The pulled pork was shaved, like thick cut. Service was good.
The food and service were absolutely fantastic. The stuffed potato skins were just incredible. The chicken sandwich on brioche were moist and tender. The carrot cake alone was worth stopping in. Billy our server was friendly and attentive. He did a great job. The managers working were incredibly friendly. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves.
The service was disappointing , refills were not happening and plates were just pilling up on our table. The food was good but not great. It was also closer to the end of the evening and it felt rushed as they cleaned around us.
