The Raleigh Times is an absolute staple in downtown Raleigh! The historic charm of the building, paired with its lively atmosphere, makes it the perfect spot for a night out or a casual meal. The menu has something for everyone, with classic pub food that’s elevated with fresh ingredients and great flavor. Their fries are perfectly crispy, and their sandwiches are generous and satisfying. The rooftop seating is a huge bonus, offering a fantastic view of the city, especially in the evening. The staff is friendly, efficient, and adds to the great vibe of the place. Raleigh Times is a must-visit for anyone wanting great food and a true taste of Raleigh!

The food is good, the servers is what sucks at this place. I’ve been here for dine in and take out and they’re of course worse with take out.
There’s no sign indicating where to pick up, the staff will make eye contact with you several time and not once ask if you need help. You either have signs indicating where to pick, or teach staff to talk to customer. I’m sure they’ll use the excuse that they were busy but several times some of them were just standing behind the bar. I was not the only picking up who had this experience. There were 3 other people that had been waiting longer than me for someone to at least address a word to them, they literally had to follow someone to get help. You have 3 bars and not one of them knows how to deal with online orders.

From the moment we walked in the atmosphere was amazing! Darnell served us and was on point with everything! The drinks and food came out extremely fast. The pasta was amazing but the grits were a little too cheesy for me. The pasta was definitely one of the best Cajun pastas I have had. There was also a DJ who played all throwbacks and had us dancing the entire night. Loved it and definitely will be returning!

When you have three people behind the bar and two customers, some attention to the customers would be nice. Nobody checked in until we were almost done eating and acted bothered when asked politely for something. We are sorry that we chose to spend money in your establishment. The shitty tip was self-inflicted. Some ranch (which was ordered to begin with) would have been nice with the old fires.
