I finally tried their burrito and it is HUGEI love hot sauce and I really love onionsThere is an option to NOT have everything on the burrito- I am very much a fan of everything- burritos, big tacos, salads- beverages- bring it on!!

Always great food & lots of it. Short-staffed, but the crew that was there was very accomodating.

Good amount of food variety. Veggie options on everything. Hot sauce bar is amazing and worth trying everything at least once. Plenty of adult drinks and prices are the best. Will be back very soon!

My husband and I meet at this restaurant for lunch several times a month. You order at the counter and they bring it out pronto. There are lots of options—I recommend the flautas.They have a variety of signature salsas to try. The food is quite tasty for a fast food restaurant, and the atmosphere is casual. The servers circulate and bring refills of drinks and guacamole. There is dining outside for nice days. And not to be missed—they have cool and delicious margaritas—perfect for a hot summer day.

I love Tijuana Flats! The food is phenomenal, the vibes are the best, and the staff is amazing! They take exceptional care of their guests and regularly enforce covid protocol such as everyone wearing masks which I greatly appreciate. Thanks for all you do!

Awesome little place. The wings were perfect and the tacos were awesome. Great service and nice area outside to eat in. Our new quick go to.

Don't waste your time or money here!! Go somewhere else!! This was absolutely the worst restaurant I've ever been to. We ordered chimichancas and they were filled with nothing but refired beans. There was no meat visible at all. When I brought this to the manager's (Morgan) attention she became very very rude towards us. I will most definitely NEVER be returning.

Pre-pandemic, this place was fantastic. Now, What a let down. Prices do not reflect the quality of food. Chips weren't very crispy and chimichanga barely had any filling- it was mostly just tortilla.. and that was after we paid for 'megajuana' which is supposed to double the filling. Beef was a little dry and the taco toppings were mostly non-existent, the cilantro lime rice tasted like nothing. Refried beans, queso and wings were fine, nothing spectacular though. The employee taking our order was quite impatient and seemed to be in a hurry even though we were the only ones ordering in the entire restaurant. Much better taco restaurants within a 10minute drive, don't bother with this place.

I love the chicken tacos and all the different types of hot sauces! Every time I'm in Raleigh I make sure to stop here!

We eat at this location about once a month and it’s always great! We like they customize orders for our picky eaters :), the food is always delicious and the employees are friendly and accommodating. We appreciate the care they’re taking in keeping things clean (they come bus and clean the tables between customers) and we love they have outdoor seating. All around 5 stars!

Tijuana Flats is one of my favorite spots. I always enjoy the warm welcome I get here. The food (main reason I'm here) is definitely a comfort food for me. They also have a diverse hot sauce bar that is great. I have eaten here multiple times and highly recommend it!

This place has gotten way worse during the pandemic. The food quality was... Not good...

Customer service was great! They had staff to help you understand the menu as you walked through the door. Though it is a walk up and order place; they deliver the food to your table, grab refills, and check in regularly. The food is good and made as you order. It is not fancy but worth your time and money.

Made a mobile order for 2 meals and it took 15 extra minutes to make and the place was far from crowded. Got home, opened the tray, and there was only 10 chips in my tray. I expected more considering I got queso too. I also asked for hot sauce and that was missing as well.
