I had the Tonkotsu ramen at Ton Noodles and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced — full of deep flavor without being overpowering. 🤌✨
The pork was exceptionally tender, literally melting in my mouth, and the noodles had that ideal bite that true ramen lovers appreciate. 🍖🍜 Every component worked together perfectly, and the portion was filling without feeling heavy.
On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality and portion size. 💵✅ This is easily one of the best ramen spots in Raleigh, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic, comforting ramen! 🙌🔥

The service was very disappointing. The server didn’t even greet us with a simple “hello,” and her communication and attitude were very poor. She treated us as if we were eating there for free. We would understand if the restaurant had been busy, but there were only three tables occupied, including ours, while we were dining.
Although the food and atmosphere were good, the service was not satisfactory enough for us to want to come back.

The food was excellent. It tasted freshly made (not reheated) and the service was friendly and our server was particularly careful to get our order correct. We were impressed. The inside of the shop is a bit noisy and small but there is outside seating which we will use next time when the weather is good.
