This was my first time having authentic ramen and it was so good. The portions they give you are generous and the pork belly is so tender. I also tried the mochi and its delicious. Ill be back for sure.

I was craving some amazing noodles. I was looking all over Raleigh for the new place to check out. Ton Noodles hit the spot. I have the shrimp tempura udon noodle bowl. The broth was really delicious and flavorful. Noodles were cooked to perfection. Shrimp tempura was nice and crispy and well-seasoned. Service was extraordinary. Very nice people in there. Extremely clean and not too loud. Definitely worth checking out if you love noodles. They have ramen and rice dishes. They have Curry which I hope to try next time. I also had two pork buns which were absolutely incredible. I will definitely come back soon. Come check this place out!

1:30pm August 28, 2025. Manager please train your staffs, i called 3 times before someone pick up, she said something really fast that I couldn’t hear or understand. I asked, and she gave me an attitude I can imagine over the phone “can… I… have… your…phone… number…?” I described what I want, “fried chicken with rice” she said “what is that?” Do you know the name? I tried too many time but she still couldn’t figure it out. And keep asking me. “Karaange” sorry, I am not Japanese, i dont know how to pronounce it. And that’s the only dish comes with fried chicken as a small plate or come with rice as rice dish. So please next time. Be helpful to your customers.

I stopped here for a quick lunch after a recommendation by a friend, and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff were friendly, and I was seated right away. I ordered the cucumber salad and Tonkotsu ramen (both were excellent). The cucumber salad was delivered within a few minutes, and while I was eating this I could hear them preparing the ramen in the back (I came between lunch and dinner and was the only customer seated at the time). The ramen was delivered hot and fresh in about 10-15 minutes. I was impressed by the presentation -- the whole bowl was arranged beautifully, and the portion of both the ramen and the cucumber salad was larger than expected. All the food was delicious, and it only came out to about $20. I will definitely come back again.

The sweet lady who checked us out was amazing. She gave my daughters stickers and prepared a boba for my oldest daughter. My kids are typically picky eaters but they absolutely loved the lunch hibachi noodles. I had a taste and it was absolutely delicious! When I’m back in the area, I’ll definitely be visiting again!
