I ordered two smoothies and a kids cheese quesadilla, not chicken, and i am allergic to chicken and receive a chicken cheese quesadilla and no straws for smoothies delivered to my neighbors door and not mine. I’d like a refund please.

Fast and accurate and we always love our TSC. Must be out of boxes since quesadilla came in wrapper? That was new. 🤣

Whoever the manager is, you know you wrong for trying to fire Sakhiairl. This is how y’all taking care of the well being of your employees?! No wonder why yall food & service is trash. Never going. #JusticeforSakhiairl

Touch grass and take a class on professionalism because I could never have an ill-willed cell in my body to be airing company business to where the public can be able to be involved.

Be wary when ordering from this location. The turnover of employees should be studied! The morning shift is generally better than the evening shift. Every single time we come at night, there is regret. The staff are all agitated, ready to leave, and do not care about food quality. The cheese quesadilla was empty, hard, dry and served in a kids size when we paid for the standard size. The Hawaiian Heat was nothing but sauce and maybe 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Neither item looked anything like the advertised photos. The smoothies have a different consistency and sometimes color each time. This is really disappointing as this is the North Hills location which should have some of the highest standards in all of Raleigh.

Got delivery from this location and they didn’t deliver half of my order - upon noticing this, I’ve tried contacting tropical smoothie as well as door dash. When using delivery, I am often in a rush or trying to make a very busy or stressful day easier.

Now during a busy and stressful day, I don’t have anything to eat - and there is no other way than leaving a review to let the business know about their mistake. Three different customer service numbers all went to voicemail, and mind you, still no food.

Im very disappointing😡😡, and never order food from this store anymore I was ancient to try the green grilled chicken salad and I just found out when I went back to work there was a fly in my salad, waist of money😡😡😡

To busy not paying attention to what I was ordering, you mess up my order which resulted in me paying a upcharge of $1 when what I wanted doesn't have one, the gurl was nice but the young man needs customer service training, if you mess up someones order the first thing you should do is apologize not be nonchalant like o well. Also it's not about the upcharge it the lack of accountability you messed up.

i ordered a cheese quesadilla twice now because i can’t eat meat and both times o have gotten a chicken quesadilla and then when i try to call the store no one answers.

Accidentally ordered from this place (looked at the reviews and I’m grateful I didn’t pick it up) and tried to cancel the order once I realized my mistake. I called this place 10 separate times with no answer. Double checked the number and it was the same one provided on the app and online. Very frustrating experience!

I will not come back ti this location. I've actually never been in a restaurant with such obsurd behavior from the staff. Sitting here on 5/17/2025 my order was taken at 5:38 pm. Guadalupe G and the man she's working with have been yelling at each other and arguing back and forth the entire time we've been here (about an hour for my toddler to eat her sandwich). They're arguing over a movie they were watching, who would take the orders (literally fighting infront of me because neither wanted to take our order) it's honestly the most bizarre behavior I've ever seen from employees. So we will not be returning.

CYNIAH A TRUE GEM! Any other day I wouldn't bother leaving a review and previously stopped coming to this location due to the lack of customer service and not so great smoothie. Recently I came after a walk one morning and had THE BEST smoothie as well as customer service from Cyniah. I'll keep coming as long as she's here! THANK YOU, CYNIAH FOR BEING AMAZING 👏
