Im very disappointing😡😡, and never order food from this store anymore I was ancient to try the green grilled chicken salad and I just found out when I went back to work there was a fly in my salad, waist of money😡😡😡

To busy not paying attention to what I was ordering, you mess up my order which resulted in me paying a upcharge of $1 when what I wanted doesn't have one, the gurl was nice but the young man needs customer service training, if you mess up someones order the first thing you should do is apologize not be nonchalant like o well. Also it's not about the upcharge it the lack of accountability you messed up.

i ordered a cheese quesadilla twice now because i can’t eat meat and both times o have gotten a chicken quesadilla and then when i try to call the store no one answers.

Accidentally ordered from this place (looked at the reviews and I’m grateful I didn’t pick it up) and tried to cancel the order once I realized my mistake. I called this place 10 separate times with no answer. Double checked the number and it was the same one provided on the app and online. Very frustrating experience!

I will not come back ti this location. I've actually never been in a restaurant with such obsurd behavior from the staff. Sitting here on 5/17/2025 my order was taken at 5:38 pm. Guadalupe G and the man she's working with have been yelling at each other and arguing back and forth the entire time we've been here (about an hour for my toddler to eat her sandwich). They're arguing over a movie they were watching, who would take the orders (literally fighting infront of me because neither wanted to take our order) it's honestly the most bizarre behavior I've ever seen from employees. So we will not be returning.

CYNIAH A TRUE GEM! Any other day I wouldn't bother leaving a review and previously stopped coming to this location due to the lack of customer service and not so great smoothie. Recently I came after a walk one morning and had THE BEST smoothie as well as customer service from Cyniah. I'll keep coming as long as she's here! THANK YOU, CYNIAH FOR BEING AMAZING 👏

Employees were yelling Asian racist jokes back and forth, and swearing loudly. Really obnoxious.

First of all, the employees here have always been great. Today I ordered what I usually order, a Detox Island Green, and when I picked it up it was sweet - I believe they may have made just a regular island green. The man making smoothies didn’t seem too pleased, but quickly made me a Detox Island Green. Ginger is, of course, an ingredient I was expecting in my smoothie, but I wasn’t expecting so much! You could literally see chunks of ginger in the smoothie and WOW was it strong. I drank about 2/3 of it and discarded most of the ginger into a napkin, but just couldn’t do the rest. When I got home, I ran the rest through a strainer. You can see how much ginger was left just in the remaining third. I doubt I would order this smoothie from here again, unless I had the time to go in and request not to have extra ginger.

Google, the app, and the sign in the door says they open at 7 placed an online order to be ready at 7:13 here it is 7:18 and the place is locked up and nobody is at work.Guess I can kiss that money goodbye

Staff were hard working and friendly. Management please take care of this store!! The bathroom has broken parts, and needs a clean up. Hate to think this is where the employees have to go to the bathroom and wash their hands!! Please fix this soon :-)

Great staff, They are polite and everytime I visit they greet me when I enter and wish me a good day when I leave as well as thank me for coming. My order is filled quickly and accurately

They didn’t even care about the customer’s presence until they reached the register. Didn’t felt welcome at all. The smoothies were watery. The place is dirty even behind the counter. The straws and the napkins were running low but didn’t see any signs of them refilling it. Bad experience.

Exceeded my expectations! I had the avocolada smoothie and the feta and spinach breakfast sandwich, which were both tasty. I was especially impressed with how fresh the veggies were.
