The new Açaí bowl is good! I can’t have yogurt so my choice is limited to the açaí bowl. They do a great job at this establishment. I always add peanut butter to my açaí bowl and extra honey! It’s yummy and filling with a chicken club wrap!

I order online couple times a week. This time I should up 10 minutes after it said it would be ready just to find the guy girl sitting on their phone and my ingredients just sitting in a jar not even blended. I sat and waited for it to be made , and as soon as I took a sip a sharp foreign object came threw the straw and cut my throat. Will never be coming back here. Should open a lawsuit to be quite honest.

I have been to all the tropical cafe locations this is definitely the worse location I have ever been to the music was being played so loudly you can’t even hear your self order. After yelling to order my chicken peso I received my food the sauce to my sandwich was spilled everywhere in my bag and on top of banana. The only good thing was my smoothie and leaving. I will not be returning to this location

I didn't rate this because I've had a different experience at 2 different locations. The Capital Blvd location by the Triangle Towne center always make delicious flavorful smoothies, I always pay for extra banana and peanut butter in my Chia banana boost and it's delicious. Today I went to the location on Wake Forest road right off of the I440 freeway and I was very disappointed with my smoothie it had barely any taste even after paying for extra banana and peanut butter as I usually do. I won't visit that location agaìn.

Placed a group order for office totaling 12 smoothies. Order delivered by Doirdash and was shorted one of the smoothies and we received no straws. When I called the store to inform them I was told we would have to come pick up the smoothie or call DD for a refund. As for the straws I was told it was the drivers responsibility to get the straws and my thought is I placed the order on your website and it’s your responsibility to make sure the order is complete in it’s entirety. No apology or anything offered for the inconvenience.
