Everytime I come to tropical smoothie on Oberlin road I get the best customer service ever all thanks to Shanae she makes my smoothies just like I like

One of the employees recommended blimey limey with kiwi and I think it changed my life. So delicious and the vibes were great.

Shane Dj & Bri was a pleasure to meet , good service& food was great my wrap was made w love wasn't dry like last time I was here & they was very patient with my kids. Definitely will be coming back for the positive energy ✨️ & food

Bri did an excellent job making our smoothies (Ohana Breeze and Jetty jr) and Shanae was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different smoothies!

Walked in was the only ones there, no greeting, male cashier took his time, ordered the detox greens, which says naturally sweet but mines tasted like water, asked to change it, Al said no. The ladies in the back start saying things, well she said she wanted something healthy and now she don’t want it. I then asked for a refund. He said okay and nothing else. I asked for a refund receipt, no receipt my head boss will refund it. Okay how does a customer supposed to know that and why would an establishment be so rude because a customer is not satisfied with how the product taste. Been going to this location for years but not sure what’s happened with the professionalism.

I came to this store with my kids and the customer service was phenomenal Rebecca helped recommend the smoothie bahama mama and it was the best smoothie I have ever had also miss shanae was very great and shared laughs and smiles to me and my children these 2 really made a great experience for me and kids after a long trip

First off, it was odd to walk into a smoothie restaurant while there's someone painting the walls. What was really bothersome though was that the cashier made a 'joke' about the fact that people weren't tipping. Don't shame your customers into tipping. Goodness!
