Tropical Smoothie Cafe

It wasn’t the greatest experience I’ve had. Not only did my food take a while to come out (20min for just a bowl and smoothie), but the Greek yogurt bowl I got tasted sour and chunky. I felt like I was skimped a little but on the toppings too and the strawberries were mushy. I got a pb cup smoothie and it tasted watered down. I could hardly taste the peanut butter or chocolate. I think I’ll stick to my usual store, they seem to get the quality more consistent.

First shanae then sage then Abby now Mike this place keep losing all the good people. I used to come here twice a week now barely a month. The staff are nice except the manager named Greg spoke to some of his employees CORPORATE should definitely review how he treats them and how their always quits and call outs leaving them short staffed everyday.
Placed a online order for 1 detox island green smoothie and got there 5 minutes later still had to wait 10 whole minutes for 1 smoothie

We came after school today and Greg took our order. He was so pleasant, kind, conversational, and made our experience very positive! The way he not only spoke to us as customers but also his employees/coworkers was a breath of fresh air to witness. We’ll be back!

We had a server named Greg who was very pleasant and had a bright smile! Made the experience great and he had great customer service skills. The food was great my husband and I got smoothies and they came out quickly.

We came in the store today for lunch and Greg and the entire team did a great job of being patient and dealing with the lunch rush. They went above and beyond and so kind. Thanks for a great lunch!

Very welcoming and positive staff!!! This was a great experience and they recommended a fantastic new smoothie the mango monsoon . Which is like an orange creamsicle, so good!! Shout out to Kendall , Sage and Shanae! I will definitely come back!
