I normally enjoy visiting Tropical Smoothie, but I was disappointed by the customer service I received today during Free Smoothie Day. I came into the store alone and informed the employee at the counter that I needed two free smoothies. Before I could explain that my son was in the car and on his way inside, the staff member abruptly cut me off and told me it was one per customer. I completely understand the promotion’s rules, but the way I was spoken to felt dismissive and unnecessarily curt.

It would have gone a long way if the employee had allowed me to finish my sentence rather than making assumptions. A little patience and courtesy can make a big difference in a customer’s experience. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and respect in future customer interactions.

Very good place to grab a great smoothie, also very clean cafe.

Extremely slow!! Waited 30 minutes just for a smoothie. I like the smoothies but will not return to this location. The smoothie tasted different than usual and the customer service needs improvement.

I placed an order for two smoothies using the app, so we wouldn't have to wait very long by ordering at the restaurant. We arrived 2 minutes before the smoothies were supposed to be ready. When we arrived we noticed there were a lot of people sitting and waiting for their orders. Apparently there were only 2 workers there working so there was a ridiculous wait time. We waited 30 minutes before our 2 smoothies were ready, the girl who gave us them only said, "sorry for the wait." If they cared about customer service they could have offered something for the inconvenience, but they didn't.
