Online and mobile orders seemed to be getting completed while actual human customers sat waiting, the smoothie was fine but waiting 20 minutes is a bit much IMO.

This location is one of my favorites. The staff are really friendly, fast, organized and Drew was and absolute sweetheart. The food was really good and the shake was amazing, even better blended then most TSCs. I will definitely be back later this week for sure, they definitely have a great crew here.

I stopped in to use a coupon from GoPlaySave and ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and a banana strawberry pineapple smoothie. The restaurant is clean and I love the photo of the tropical pier. The ladies working the counter and in the kitchen were very helpful and fast. The smoothie was good. I am just giving a lower star because the size of the smoothie is enormous, sweet, served in styrofoam and just not as full of of clean ingredients I thought it would be. The same goes for the wrap. I felt like I was eating an overpriced airport wrap and it was not flavorful. Service was fast. Restaurant clean. Just not my first choice for a healthy meal.

Large selection of smoothies. Can add on additional items like protein powder. Offers hot food and salads. This location has covered outside seating. Adequately staffed. Everyone working while I was there was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Will go back to this location again.

Sat for 20 minutes and they had placed my smoothie with a to go order in a bag and it didn’t have my name - they said it was mine and tried to make me take it. A nice gentleman asked the manager for a voucher and she brushed me off and handed me a VIP card. It was melted so I went back in and asked if they would make it again. Manager was not helpful and cared less than the employees
Slow waited 20 mins for a order that was placed 15 minutes before I arrived. Majority of Staff just standing around one person actually working. Go elsewhere.

Go elsewhere.Estimated pickup on email was 11:52PM. Online order #18754966757883906. I received my smoothies at 12:20PM.

Absolutely terrible customer service. No matter if there is a line or no line there is no sense of urgency. All the staff that works there will just look at you like you're invisible and you'll wait for minutes before some acknowledges you. i would literally have to be starving to death or forced to eat there in order to go back to this location. Lost workers with absolutely no hope. Most of the tropical smoothies in Raleigh are bad nowadays to be honest

Possibly one of the worst Tropical Smoothies I've been to in the nation. Put my order in well over 20-30 mins prior to arrival so I could just come by and pick my stuff up on the way home from work. Get there and my smoothie has been handed off to another customer. Fine, mistakes happen. Yet I waited almost another 10-15 mins while other guests coming in after I did get their orders ahead of me. A shame really because I live around the corner from this location and generally have had great experiences in this area since moving here but I doubt I'll be back after this. The gentleman up front was helpful so I'm not putting this on him.
