This place is hit or miss and I waited to do a review hoping it would start being more hit then miss. The change over in employment, the consistency of the smoothie flavor changing depending on who makes it and Today just put it over the top for me. Went in and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 smoothies. I went over to get 2 apples as usually a side comes with a sandwich order. And the lady from way across the counter on the other side literally hollered, in front of people, (yes embarrasing everyone looking???)...NO SIDE WITH BEAKFAST!!! Literally yelled, I kid you not. Bless... I promise you I didn't know you couldn't get a side with breakfast, no one has said that before and it was an apple y'all. I spent 30+ dollars and I get yelled at for 2 apples.?? bless that... My bad, if it said that somewhere in the store, I wouldn't have tried to get those 2 apples. But a respectful, at normal octave speaking "I'm sorry, but sides are only for lunch" would have been enough. I'd really love if you guys put up signs on what the customer can and can not have with a sandwich and smooothie, as well as bring back good decent customer communication. I added the receipt in case you want to know what time and employees were in the building.One positive is the food and smoothie were good today. The girls making the food today know what they are doing.

Made a delivery order through the Tropical Smoothie app. Received order and was missing the acai bowl and other part of order ($15 worth), delivery person said that was all the store gave them. Immediately contacted the store who located the receipt and other part of order and said they would credit the card. Never received this credit, and when tried to contact later there was nothing they could do as it was too old, though they were initially contacted almost immediately after the order was received. Attempts to contact someone online or through the TS app also immediately after was not helpful and received no follow-up. If anything, for delivery just don't use the TS app and opt for the DD app as that is likely who is delivering and will protect your order in a case like this.Additionally, previous interactions with this particular location were less than ideal and overall not the best as staff just do not care, which is fine as there are many other businesses and even Tropical Smoothies in the area.

In this store the employees need supervision, I have always ordered the Penut paradise but when I usually use this store my smoothie always has a different flavor, or the ingredients are still in big chunks that I can't even use my straw. What a shame for this store.I tried to leave my comment through the tropical smoothie app since I mostly order through the app but I never found the option for comments.

When I heard they had smoothie bowls now I was beyond excited because I only go to Jamba Juice, which has one location and the buoy bowl food truck, which is hard to find. I was so excited because I thought I might be able to get a good smoothie bowl pretty much at every tropical smoothie. Then I saw how little açaí it had in the bowl. The açaí isn't even blended with anything. It is nasty. The granola taste like the nature valley hard granola and the fruits are soggy. The workers did more talking than making so it took a while for me to even get this bowl. Unprofessional. The place was clean through. Usually I love this tropical smoothie...very bad experience today! Will not be returning!
