Visited on 12/18 at 6:30p…two lady workers in there blasting music. I walked in - both just stared at me, no greeting. I waited about 2 minutes and walked out. Won’t ever be back and definitely don’t recommend this location.

I ordered food via Uber eats today December 14th and the food was absolutely disgusting from this establishment. I ordered a wrap with plant based alternative protein, kale apple slaw and açaí bowl. The plant based alternative tasted as if it was freezer burned, the açaí bowl was disgusting and the kale and apple slaw should not have been served because it tasted like it was spoiled. This is unacceptable.

Edit: Your reply said it sat for 2 hours which is a flat out lie. I ordered for pickup at 11:11 and picked up at 11:15. Your reply was even less than 2 hours since I ordered it.
I’ve spent over $1000 at this location in the last year. They didn’t make my smoothie right today and I started drinking it after I drove off. Turned around and went back to get a replacement and they told me they wouldn’t make it again cause it was longer than 5 min since I ordered it. GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS ECONOMY
Though every morning it's not enough staff, the 2 ladies are always great and handle their business.

If I’m being honest the ladies in there needa be corrected on how to do their job or removed, every time a female making my order they make it wrong. It’s not hard to remove one item. Last night I had to get my order remade multiple times and it was still WRONG. If you get a wrap open it and make sure it’s correct cause these ppl don’t know how to read orders off a screen.

.Today, November 1, 2024, 7:10 pm, we entered with great excitement to try this place for the first time, but the two women who were working did not even greet us and about two minutes after us they decided to place the order waiting for us. You attended to us, apparently we were invisible because they never asked us what we wanted, they didn't speak to us, they ignored us. The supervisor has to know this so that he can put more qualified people to work......We came to PANERA and it was the best

Honestly the WEIRDEST encounter I have EVER had at tropical smoothie (on capital between Aldi and Panera Bread). I came in and two males working Saturday at 8pm on 10/19/2024 were the only employees on duty. The store was absolutely silent. They did not greet us, they did not smile, the one person that took our order was as monotone as possible and only spoke when directly asked a question. Very robotic and low volume so you could barely hear him. As soon as we ordered they randomly started playing music at the loudest volume possible. Very odd and off putting behavior. He rang up the order and walked off leaving me to tap and take my own receipt from the register. He worked at sloth speed to make the order, at one point going in the back with the other guy leaving the store front unattended. After i ordered and forced him to use his vocal cords to answer a question regarding what particular smoothie contained, he never spoke again. When he eventually finished, he put the smoothies on the counter in our general direction with a blank face and walked off like a zombie. Didn’t say here is your order, have a nice night, nothing! Either this generation is completely lacking of social skills, or he was upset to have to work while at work, or maybe he is deranged, who knows but it was extremely awkward and uncomfortable to be in there with blaring music and miserable looking, silent, dead eyed workers. If I come back it will be when the bubbly lady employees are in there. Not the weird zombie guy employees from last night. At least not until they develop some semblance of social skills.

I have been visiting this location quite frequently and I have enjoyed going here mostly because I love the way Andrea fixes my acai bowl. However, today I was very disappointed when I placed my order to sub coconut chips for peanut butter (as I ALWAYS do) and the cashier told me I cannot sub! SAY WHAT??? I was just in here Saturday and this was done with no problem. She claimed the registers have changed and I can't sub and turned the register around as if I would know the difference from how they looked then vs now. I don't work for here so how would I know this to be true?? I said when did this change b/c every location that I visit does this so what's different with this location. She went on to announce to other store members to not sub etc etc. I would love to speak with the GM or owner of this location to better understand this and I look forward to your reply.
I always order a veggie hummus wrap and a smoothie. The food is made to order and served hot! The smoothies are delicious!

Worst customer service. They don't greet people entering the store. Pregnant girl at the register literally tried to avoid eye contact with me, every employee saw me waiting for 20mins and not one person asked I needed help.
There was a rack for mobile order rack and one for food apps. I was picking up doordash but they kept walking past me to put orders on the mobile rack. They saw me checking every order and jus looked at me like I was stupid. When I finally asked about the doordash order, they had it behind the counter, the entire time. And they tell me they don't put out doordash orders because they get stolen. But I saw mobile orders being picked up and they weren't confirming it so those orders could have bee stolen as well. So that's a dumb policy.
Still, your employees shouldn't see someone waiting for 20mins for somethin, and not ONE person asked if I needed help. Literally everyone avoiding eye contact with me so they don't have to ask if I need help. Train your people better.

I paid for a delivery order through their app on a Friday afternoon, my address was correct but the driver went to an address on the other side of the city almost 30 minutes away. I called the store who said I had to call Doordash. Doordash said I had to call the store. When I called the store back, they told me there wouldn't be a manager available until Monday, and to call back then. I called three times today and just got the voicemail, which won't let me leave a message. I have not received a refund or notification of a refund. Horrible service.
RE: Response from the owner: I didn't order from Doordash, I specifically used the Tropical Smoothie app (which I understand is powered by Doordash). As I stated above, I contacted Doordash support who instructed me they could not process a refund, and that I needed to contact the store.
Love this place! My GO-TO when I have that fruit-tooth! Only thing is——Is that they put WAYYYY to much Ice!! And sometimes not enough fruit…I have to ask lite ice, and more fruit.
