Horrible experience for those with a gluten allergy. The quickest I've gotten my food was in 30 minutes, having had to wait 45 minutes at one point. The staff regularly check off food as ready even when it isn't ready, and I have had to show receipts to prove I ordered my food. I have also been served the wrong bread before. I don't understand what takes so long for the gluten free bread. Just package it separately with the patty like Union 51 does! Seriously, if you aren't prepared to serve allergy-friendly food, don't offer it.

The burger was cold and very dry, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and the fries and tater tots were cold and not seasoned. My friend and I were very unimpressed. This place is worse than Fountain Dining Hall, and even worse than McDonald’s.

About what you'd expect for fast food burgers. Ordered a double cheeseburger on two separate occasions and got much more massive paddies the second time. They have the most lenient hours than all nc-state food places.
