As usual Tupelo Honey was amazing. The food is always creative and different. We visit time and time again and we are never disappointed.

This place is great! The food is amazing every time, you've got to try their shrimp & grits and/or the breakfast hash! My friend got the sweet potato pancake and loved that as well. Their Bloody Marys are my favorite, though ;) Lastly, the ambiance is nice and lowkey without being too dark to read the menus. I only have good things to say about this spot.

Honestly the food was kind of like a southern version of Olive Garden or something. I don't get the high rating... it's not deserved.

We had a 4 person business dinner, everyone was well satisfied with the southern cooking and friendly servcie.

We had a fantastic time at Tupelo Honey. We were celebrating our nephew's 19th birthday. The restaurant was kind enough to allow us to bring a birthday cake. We got there early and got 1/2 price appetizers, which was great. Loved the fried okra and the biscuits. Our meals were fantastic. My chicken with potatoes was great. What made the experience was our excellent server Karla, who was so friendly and welcoming. We never had to ask for anything. She rocks! We'll certainly be back!

The food was perfect, we all loved it so much. However, our reservation was at 12:00pm and we were only seated at 12:20pm. Our food (lunch) only came out at 1:20pm. We quickly realized it wasn't the wait staff that was overwhelmed, it was the kitchen. The kitchen got really backed up and it essentially bottlenecked everything. If we go back it will definitely be at a lower traffic time

We order the chicken and waffles and sweat potato pancakes. The chicken was overcooked and the pancakes were chewy. The service and atmosphere were very nice so maybe there other dishes are better.

Everything taste great & looks great. My meatloaf was on the over done with the that hard meatloaf crust.

We dined here on a Saturday night and did have a reservation for a party of 4. Unfortunately for us we were placed in close proximity to a door leading to the outdoor dining section. This was a very noisy experience as there was some issue with the air conditioning and caused a wind tunnel effect, making the door slam loudly every time someone went outside. Which was a lot with the servers. The assistant manager gave us an explanation but nothing more than that. The server we had was overextended and only checked on us once, which was not her fault but seems like a staffing issue that falls to the leadership. Definitely not an experience worth the price and there are much better atmospheres in the area.

Good experience. We went on a Friday night it wasn't busy, it was great for my family with younger kids. Would recommend.

Food was good, but the wait to get our food was terrible. We waited over an hour. The manager did come and apologize and comped the appetizer.

Very nice dinner with fabulous service. Chicken and waffles with Asheville hot dust on the side.

The experience and overall vibe was nice. And a nice place to sit down with friends. Too bad the overall experience is the only thing that is good about this place. We waited over an hour for the food and once we received it, the food was ice cold. I thought it was a one off because I had gotten an omelette. However, everyone at the table got something different. Two people had gotten a burger and fries, and both their burgers was ice cold, the cheese wasn't melted, and their fries were soggy. The other person at the table had gotten soup and it was also cold with a light film on the surface of the soup. Not sure if it was super busy that day or the cooks were short staffed, but our food was definitely cold and the food was sitting out. With that all said, if you like a good atmosphere to hang out and just get coffee, this is a great place to go! But if you are looking for delicious food and a hot meal, this is NOT the place for you.

This is my second time eating at this location this month. Both times the kitchen was excessively slow (after orders replaced we waited more than an hour for food). But I've totally been fine with late food, but the food also came out cold. I know that the waitress grab it as soon as it came up (I saw the plates myself) but it seems like the kitchen was holding onto them outside of their reach.
