“Veronica with Offline - Guasaca is delicious, affordable, fresh and friendly! I was greeted immediately and my food was ready in minutes. Tasty, quick and a healthy meal. Vegan and vegetarian options available, lots of seating inside and outside. There’s free parking in the parking deck behind the restaurant.“

“The food was amazing!!! However, the air conditioner was broke and their thermostat was set for 67 degrees, but it was 88 degrees in there. The workers were sweating profusely! Literally sweat pouring off their faces. I felt so bad for them. Nobody should ever have to work in those conditions. Please fix your air condition.“

“Possibly the best empanadas I've ever had. I had the Southern and La Tumbada. Both were amazing but the La Tumbada was super good, with the pico de gallo and avocado. The shell is fried to perfection and adds a complement to the flavors within. I'll definitely look for this food truck again!“
