Best NYC style pie in Raleigh by far !! The grandma pie is something to behold! The dough is almost focaccia like, light and airy, the tomato sauce is tart and naturally sweet from the high quality tomatoes. Scratch made everything. The owners are amazing and welcome you like family! Go Go check it out!!!

Avoid this filthy place at any cost.
I've tried many different mediterranean cuisines. This restaurant is the worst by far. The Chef touched his face and nose several times and didnt care about washing his hands and that wasn't the worst case. I saw him smoking and he returned to continue cooking without washing his hands. The sevice wasn't any good. Plastic containers for sweets and paper plates. The prices are too much. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Great place for some authentic Mediterranean food. They’ve got gyros, meat on rice, and sides like hummus and baba ghanouj. I got their chicken over rice combo and it was delicious. They put some garlic sauce over the top that added a nice touch to the meal. The salad was well seasoned and the bread was nice and warm. Definitely would come back!

We were visiting from CT and came across this gem ! I asked if they had a meatball wrap and they didn’t have it on the menu but he said he would make it for me anyway !! Very nice owners and wonderful atomosphere, once we move to NC we will definitely go back !

Only a goofy goober would give this place anything less than 5 stars. Initially the 4.9 rating looked ambitious but I was pleasantly surprised as it exceeded expectations.
The onion rings were crisp and not oily or soggy. The Cajun Chicken Panini was nearly a tear jerker. Light and well seasoned it was not a mouthful of protein only but balanced with sautéed vegetables and grilled perfectly. The Gyro was splendid. The house made Chipotle Mayo was just fantastic.
just went there and bought my Chicken with rice and complaint about meat beeing hard in my beef rice I orderd last , one of the owners I guss ( tall dark brownish skin weired looking ) offer to refer me to dentistry he knows to install me a metal denture so I can chew there hard meat the cook .. that was the most rude and unbehave attitude
from business owner I have ever heard.

I had my birthday there and tried the Pizza for the first time. I cannot appreciate how good the pizza was. It was New York styled pizza. I was born in New York. So that pizza was very similar. Thank you Vera pizza I will be coming here again. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
Excellent pizza with a thin crispy crust & lots of flavor. Friendly staff. Clean restroom. They still have some of their Mediterranean options too. Prices are very reasonable. I only wish there were more space bc the food is so good that they deserve to be able to serve more customers at once.
