My girlfriend and I had an amazing first-time experience here! The food and drinks were incredible, and the chocolate orb dessert was especially delicious. Also, Elizabeth was a wonderful server—attentive, friendly, and genuinely made our night special. We’ll definitely be back!

Vidrio has been on my list of places to visit for a while, and it did not disappoint! This is a beautiful restaurant, with exceptional service (Su is the best!) and the most delicious food! The warm goat cheese, hanger steak and grilled shrimp were a hit, along with the Maserati margarita and lemon drop. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Dined in on Sunday night and Elizabeth was our server. Her recommendations were on point and the food was fantastic. The atmosphere and Elizabeth’s service put the experience over the edge. The artichoke was a stand out dish that will be ordered every time we return. We look forward to dining in again.

Vidrio is an upscale pan-Mediterranean restaurant that doesn’t scream of anywhere in particular. We ordered two appetizers, one salad, two different entrees, and a dessert to give it a fair shot. I love a good raw scallop so I went for the scallop crudo— pretty good, but it was salty. The chive oil was a bit overpowering and I think was the cause of the saltiness. Our second appetizer was the Iberico pork meatballs, this was hands down the best thing we ate tonight. We got a double portion of the Brussels sprouts salad for our greens. The flavors were good, but still, slightly salty. I got the hanger steak for my entree. It was cooked pretty well, maybe on the rare side of med-rare, still just a bit too salty here. My other half ordered the halibut which was cooked well, but the lentils which is lay upon were really honestly too spicy. I don’t mind spice, but I wasn’t expecting that. The cumin flavor was pretty overpowering with not a lot of other flavor coming through. The tiramisu was fine though I prefer a neat cut. The graphics behind me on this upper level were essentially vibrating, kind of weird. The chairs don’t quite fit under the table here, the arms hit the table, and our table had a wobble. We were charged for an extra wine that never was delivered (this was taken off, but still disappointing to not get it). Everything was okay, but just a bit off which shouldn’t happen in a place selling itself as upscale. Our server was quite nice and attentive, but I’ll pass on this place next time.

We loved our Valentine’s day dinner at Vidrio. Although the restaurant was packed, we got seated in a timely manner (despite being 10 minutes late to our reservation). Sue was our server, we were very impressed by her kindness and professionalism. She did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The food was superb. Plenty of vegetarian options. We ordered the bread, patatas bravas, ragu pasta and hanger steak. My husband couldn’t stop commenting on how incredible his steak was. We had tiramisu for dessert, 10/10. We would love to come back, for the great service, tasty food and elegant atmosphere.

My husband and I dined at Vidrio tonight for Valentine’s Day, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They offered a special Valentine’s prix fixe menu, but we loved that we also had the option to order from the full menu.
We chose to share several appetizers, including the Iberico pork meatballs, crispy artichokes, and steamed mussels — and every single dish was dynamite. The mussels were hands-down the best we’ve had since visiting Italy! Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything we ordered was outstanding.
Our server Michael was exceptional — attentive without being intrusive, extremely knowledgeable, and even a wine sommelier who helped us select the perfect pairing. The manager also made a point to visit every table, which added such a warm, personal touch to the evening.
To make the night even more special, they gifted roses to all the women and offered chocolate-dipped strawberries on the way out — such a thoughtful Valentine’s Day detail.
Parking in the area can be a little challenging, but there’s a public parking garage around the corner that’s absolutely worth the $20 for such an incredible dining experience.
Overall, it was a wonderful, memorable evening and the perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We highly recommend Vidrio to anyone in the Raleigh area looking for an elevated, welcoming, and truly delicious Mediterranean dining experience.

This place is a hidden gem! Su was a wonderful server, and the food was amazing. We came from Fayetteville, NC for Valentine's Day, and it was worth the drive. I loved the Beet Burrata, and my husband loved the Beef Kabob. Dessert was the perfect ending to the meal--not too heavy! Thank you for a wonderful evening.
