The service is friendly and attentive - Mike took good care of us. The menus is limited for tapas BUT the hummus was delicious fresh and the contrast of dark cherries was creative we loved it. The beef kabobs are a favorite though I prefer lamb. I would definitely return and I will wait for the new menu - hopefully there will be more diversity on the small plates ( fish option).
We came to Vidrio as a dinner date night but also to evaluate it as a spot for our wedding rehearsal dinner.
Our food and drinks took a long time to come out and this was not the fault of our waiter. He was doing his best taking orders and bussing tables, but our area was understaffed and required at least 2 waiters. Our first round of drinks came out 50 minutes after we were seated and at the point we already started our entrees. It seemed like the kitchen...

This was our second time here and it was even better than the first time. Our server Mike was very attentive, sweet, and had a wonderful sense of humor. We enjoyed the carrots and the cheese balls (can't remember the name of the dishes) from the small plates. The balls had layers of flavors that just kept going. :)
We also tried the seared hallumi cheese and the lamb. The lamb was cooked to perfection and the arugula and candied lemon really made the cheese pop....
