We were there celebrating our 38th Wedding Anniversary. Amy and Alex, our servers, were the best! They were attentive, friendly, very knowledgeable and personable! They made our dining experience a memorable one!

Something was way off tonight. Our order wqs all messed up. Apps took forever to come out. When food arrived it came out very slowly, a few plates at a time, had to wait for side, pro chop was completely raw in the center and obviously had not been checked with thermometer we did send it back, son asked for blackened steak instead husband received his blackened and was undercooked asked for med got med rare/rare but ate it anyway. This resulted in continuous interruptions making it impossible to have a decent convo with fam and most of the night two people at all times were sitting with no food or missing part of their meal. Unacceptable! It was a completely cluster, different people bringing out food separately and no one knew to whom it belonged. Spent over $350. This is one of our fav restaurants and hoping this was a one time thing bc if it ever happens again to this degree it'll be our last trip there. Way too many other places to eat.

Great date night resteraunt. Service was fast and friendly. Food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was quiet enough for conversation. The radio was not blasting and the tables were not too close. Restrooms were nice and clean. Its a but pricey but well worth it.

Amy was super friendly. I appreciated her recommendations. The servers were pleasant, and the food was good. It was a reasonable price for the area.

Village Tavern is a staple for my friend and I. We love sitting at the bar and the drinks are always perfect. Tonight’s service was not only odd and out of order, but felt motivated by factors unbeknownst to me. Immediately sitting down, Maddie was our waitress. She made our first drink and took our order. After that, she strategically only serviced those around us-directly on both sides of my friend and I. We had to constantly ask others for service, food orders, drink orders and even condiments. This not only was unwelcoming and disengaging, but very much felt like a let down for a staple place. Made certainly shouldn’t be waiting on customers, much less working a busy bar on a holiday weekend, on a Saturday night.

We stopped for lunch. We had not heard much about this restaurant, but were very pleasantly surprised by what we uncovered. We ordered a large salad with raw tuna, avocados, and other ingredients. We also ordered a pizza and beef tacos. The salad and the pizza were both delicious. We had the chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream for dessert. We did not order any alcoholic beverages. Things did not start off well. The G.P.S. had a problem locating the restaurant, which is odd as the restaurant is not small. Even though it was a Tues. in the middle of the day, there was a problem finding parking in the North Hills parking structure. Upon arrival, we were initially seated in the patio area, which is enclosed this time of year. The sun was very bright, so our table was unusually warm. They moved us to a table inside, but it was right by the main entryway, so there was too much traffic by the table. We were then moved to a nicer table. We also had a problem with our order: we had asked for the cheese to not be melted onto the beef tacos. A manager came over to talk to us to apologize. What struck me was how pleasantly the staff handled these situations. This high level of service seemed unusual to me for this part of the country. Prices were modest, given the quality of food and customer service.

Always a great place for food. Menu items are delicious. Management not only checked on my table, but also brought an appetizer to the table to personally check on my satisfaction.

This was the best meal I have had in a long time! The braised short rib and mashed potatoes were amazing and the Key Lime Pie was to die for! Special shoutout to our server Cait, who was so sweet and attentive.
