Visited on Valentine’s Day. Not my favorite experience. The atmosphere is nice and I like that there is a mix of seating styles from bar seating, regular tables, and soft -seating lounge style. The games are a nice touch as well.

Service was pretty poor. I went with a group where half of us were looking for non alcoholic options and the other half would be having wine. The two of us who wanted to order NA bevs went first and were met with a pretty irritable server downstairs who made us feel rushed and was seemingly annoyed at our question of whether or not they had mocktails. Totally fine that they don’t (it’s a wine bar so understandable they may not have the same supplies on hand as a regular bar). She told us with some level of annoyance that they only had NA rose and a Pilsner. My friend had a follow up question about something they could make with soda and it was made clear she felt like we were wasting her time. We got 2 sprites, paid and left.

Our other friends who did order wine came back and said they also felt rushed for taking their time looking at the menu by the other gentleman at the bar. The customer service was basically non existent. I am a server as well and know busier nights can be challenging / stressful and everyone has an off night. But for the 2 servers we interacted with to have such similar vibes it makes we question the establishment as a whole and how they are either treating their employees or who they hiring.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator to get from the first floor to the second floor

Had a really nice intimate event with our company's broker upstairs. Very nice atmosphere in beautiful North Hills.

Met a friend here for a glass of wine and some bites after work, this was my first time here and I really enjoyed it! There was an event going on outside on the pavilion so it may have been busier than normal.

We walked up to the bar and were promptly greeted, the bartender explained several of the wines. I have very little wine knowledge but I got a sparkling red and thought it was great. We also ordered some charcuterie (we chose blueberry goat cheese, Gouda, and machete, along with prosciutto, chorizo, and pepperoni) and jalapeño pimiento cheese. My favorite was the pimiento cheese, it had a great amount of heat to it.

We were able to find comfy seats at a counter height table and it was great for people watching. It wasn’t too loud and we enjoyed sitting, sipping, and talking for a good two hours. They had four tables setup outside, we were hoping to luck into one once someone got up, but no dice. The upstairs is cool, it was fairly crowded with people watching the concert on the pavilion.

Vegetarian options: Lots of good vegetarian options - cheeses, pickles, olives, etc.

Parking: There is a large parking lot behind the building (that was full when I got there) and a park garage within the building itself (also full for the event), I was able to find another free garage space in an adjacent building.

Kid-friendliness: There was a woman with an infant sitting outside, I wouldn’t say it’s kid friendly in general being a wine bar.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have elevator access to the upstairs.

Great spot to just sit and enjoy a glass or beer. Cavernous layout with a first and second floor. Overlooking the concert green.

VitaI arrived here around 5:55pm on a Saturday evening to meet some friends. I was in a group of 4. This was my first time visiting this place and was suggested by one of the friends I visited with. The concept is pairing art and wine. They have a bar downstairs and upstairs. During this visit, the upstairs bar was closed. We ordered at the downstairs bar. They let you taste the wines/ciders, which turned out to be a blessing. They had a blueberry cheesecake cider that sounded delicious… but it is was not ? I ended up getting the blood orange cider and it was great! My friend got the hummus and crackers, which we enjoyed. No complaints.I noticed it being busy. My friend stated that have been here before and it’s not normally as busy as it was. Regarding the wine and art pairing, I found it difficult to view/enjoy the art because the art was positioned behind tables. It would very extremely awkward for me to go up to a table and stand there to observe the art behind them. I think the concept would be better if the artwork didn’t have sitting tables next to them. I’ll note that not all of the artwork was blocked. We sat upstairs which was hosted string lights from the ceiling, providing a low light ambience. Additionally, we sat at a corner by the window, which gave a nice view of the courtyard. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would return again!

Went to a work party here. Nice place to stand around and chat. Wine and beer served. Only had charcuterie boards for food. Most people went to a restaurant for dinner after the "party".

The wine and the snacks were pretty mediocre for me. The olives were super salty and the wine was not that good. Service and atmosphere were nice but the food and wine definitely took the experience down a few notches. Dunno if I would return.
