I love this restaurant because it’s quiet, clean and the food is prepared with care. However, it’s the staff that makes it special. I lost a personal item, and they went above and beyond to help me find it, and were genuinely nice the whole time.

This was not my cup of tea. Both of our sandwiches were grill-pressed, making them flat. One had a croissant and the other an English muffin. I can understand the appeal because it makes the breads crispy, but that's not what I want, personally. Also, American cheese just reminds me of plastic too much to be palatable to me. Not many drink options.
It was a little hard to find since it is at the bottom of an office building. Lots of parking spaces but many were full. We had to drive around for a little while to find a space.
The staff were super super nice.

I love the chicken salad croissant, but it never fails to be let down at the service level. Prices keep going up and up but service goes down, mainly at the cash register. Previous times I pay with card...I hand you my card and the cashier throws my card down on the counter every time...Today my total was $14.68, I give a $20, and because you don't have quarters you TELL me that you'll just give me a $5? If your service was phenomenal on top of the food I wouldn't care but what you don't get to do is make that decision for me...how rude! DO BETTER is all i'm saying.

Driving through town on vacation. Checked Apple maps for restaurants near by and this place had 4 stars. We ordered tuna and triple decker sandwiches with loaded potato salad. And it’s amazing. Great service too.

Good sandwiches and a nice little area. Only reason why this gets a low score is because the last staff member there kicked us out at 1:30 when they don’t close until 2pm. He mentioned he sends people home early so they close early but he still has customers in the place. Sad and kind of rude.
