I ordered my food online & when I came to pick up my food i couldn't get my waffle b/c there was no more & there was no more platter to go plates so I had to get my food in miniature to go plates & I also paid to get gravy on my hash brown ..buh there was no more of that also ..worst experience @ a Waffle House

The cook was very very nice. He was new but he was super welcoming and very heart warming. A very polite gentlemen! But the dude that I put a red circle on was very very rude. Not only to the cook but to the customers. He insulted the cook while the cook remained calm. He treated other customers poorly as well. He talked back and was very rude and had a rude attitude. I only gave a tip to the cook because he acted more of a waiter than that man did. He clapped back when he saw I only gave the cook a tip. Certainly I would report him but nobody was there only them two.

The took one chocolate chip waffle. The waffle was pretty good but the whole place was a mess. It was very dirty with food spilled all over the place - specially oil, pancakes batter, wrapper, dirty clothes, grease. I liked the waffle but was worried about hygiene of the place.

Service was mediocre, but waitress made up for it. Waited 15 minutes to be recognized by server, then another 15 minutes before she came to take our orders. She apologized for the wait and explained they were short staffed, comped our meals so they were free. Food was delicious as always, though.

I had the best experience at this location. Shari was the loveliest person I have ever met. You can tell she cares for the customers and highly values her job. She was very helpful and because of her alone, I will be returning to this location on a regular basis. I must add, the food was excellent, hot, and made to perfection! I don’t know the name of the man who cooked it for me, but thank you for making my first cheesesteak hashbrown bowl to perfection for me! I also enjoyed the positive vibes that filled the restaurant. I never write reviews but I guess I have to now. Bad sign when your to go order isn't even done after multiple in house diners get their food. A worker who didn't know what they were doing took my order then forgot my order until the actual waitress asked me what I was waiting on. Said worker swiped my card and just tossed it on the table w/o a receipt. Im not asking for S class service but cmon. I hope the food is good.

The bacon was burnt and greasy, requested another serving it was a little better, however, it was still greasy and taste like the grill was not clean. The waffle was flat as a pancake, the food went through me and my stomach was upset for the rest of the day

Came in a little after midnight for a late night snack and we were the only ones there for a bit. Staff was kind and caring, and the food was hot and fast and delicious. Got the chocolate chip waffles and hash browns -- so good! A wonderful bright spot for good fast food in the middle of the night.
